We went after 7pm, place was not busy and we wondered if the food was fresh. We walked the line and everything looked wonderful! Smaller amounts in the bins, which makes sense to keep food fresher and with lower numbers of customers reducing waste. Staff are friendly and although they were cleaning, as it was close to closing, they never rushed us. We typically choose Easy when we are in town or want to meet with our friends. Keep up the great work!
Very nice place! The owner was taking care of his fish pond in the entrance area. He knew everyone that walked in. The food was delicious & well priced. All-u-can-eat lunch buffet for $12! Had the entire room to ourselves which made a great private lunch with my wife. What else can you ask for?

When I usually dine there, I get broccoli beef, mushrooms, green beans, breaded shrimp,
and 3 different kinds of sushi (there are more). Sometimes, I change it up with some baked fish, spring rolls, and egg drop soup. They also have fresh ingredients that can be grilled in front of you near the buffet counter. It's usually pretty quiet unless the cooks are getting rowdy (doesn't happen often, but makes me chuckle). I visit sometimes after work.
