Food was almost 80 dollars for 4 people and when I left, the worker ran outside to my car with a receipt and pen and begged for a tip and when I started to write a custom tip he tried to urge me to check a box with a huge tip inside instead of my little tip due to terrible food and pushy workers.Very very unprofessional

2 chicken tacos(11) 1 lg margarita (8) 1 small margarita(6) 1 cheese dip(6) $25 no beans or rice came with 11$ chicken tacos that were in pre-made shells. Cheese dip super watery. I’ll be back for margaritas, chips and salsa other than that it will have to be a hard pass.

It was an American authentic Mexican experience. The margaritas were in a slushy machine, the guacamole was pre-made. The food was good and the portions were large. Will definitely be back.Parking: Large parking lot with many close up spots.

Friends raved about this place so we went out with them and the kids this evening.The steak on my torta was so tough it was inedible and the fries it came with were burnt. Had asked for hot sauce when I got my food, it never came but in hindsight I didn't have anything to put it on so that was fine I guess.My son got the California Nachos, it came with the wrong fries and they as well were burnt.We handed back full plates of food at the end of it declining to go containers, I did mention how tough the steak was, server paid me no mind as he took full plates away to the trash.Friends grand baby got the chicken nuggets, there was 3 on her plate and she left still hungry. Friends husband got a chicken and beef burritto clearly stated on the menu with both meats, it was neither, pork instead.Best friend had a taco salad asked for no pico. Her taco salad was meat, lettuce and sour cream only. Cumin was all we could taste when it came to the salsa.The tea as queso was really good but that was about it.I could understand better if they'd been wall to wall busy but they weren't. 1 order out of 6 was correct. We all paid full bills plus proper tips. However I know we won't be back after that as a first impression, next time we will be treating our friends to our favorite Mexican place instead.

Do not order from El Gordito. They forgot several items from a to go order. It took over an hour of being on hold with them to speak with someone then they were incredibly rude and refused to replace the items. Horrible customer service. Careless preparation of orders. Disgusted.

The food was good. Service was good, but our waiter was also the bartender, so we ended up waiting a bit to order our food, as he was very busy. The atmosphere was good, and we were enjoying ourselves, and then a fight broke out, outside in the patio area. It was stopped quickly by the restaurant employees.
