Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This location service is horrible. I had 2 door dash orders to pick up. I arrived there at 8:12 pm waited until 8:20pm to ask about my orders the young lady at the register at the time waved at me to come forward I told her about my orders she never said anything she just walked away. I waited for her to come back. I watched her go and make drinks then walk over to the window and put her head out the window and just sat there while no one was even there, never attempting to come back and tell me anything about my orders. Finally a nice young man from the back came out at around 8:30pm and helped. My customers order was cold after all of that. Clearly she doesn’t want to work.

Drum Roll Please! I love this Place! Why? The Workers are Polite and Nice...Yes MA'AM and No Sir...A+...I love their Chilli Dogs and if you want a hot chilli dog, eat inside.. And my Son just love, love, their Steak burgers and those Pickles are so Good, got a Picture down below.. We ate in ourselves, of course, and their icecream is delicious.... Please try their food and dine in...

Food great however the trash was overflowing in all trash cans, table was dirty. Not one person wiping tables off and it wasn't that busy

Just very rude girls working the drive thru. Had no toppings on my concrete that I asked for so I just asked for the toppings again and the girl took it back giving attitude the entire time and broke my cup before handing it back, I assume she was hoping it would drip allover me and the car but I just used the napkins from the bag to hold the cup. I don't understand why they were so moody, I wasn't upset about the missing toppings but the attitude of the staff.. yikes

Great franchise. Usually has good food at the one in O'Fallon. Visited the one in Belleville for the first time. The food wasn't good at this location. My fries were cold and hard. The cheese on my burger didn't taste fresh, either. Overall, I wouldn't visit this location again. Maybe it was just an "off" day for the cook. I could have gone to Wendy's and paid less and got better tasting food.

Wow, this Freddy's is a disaster. Extremely long wait, out of lids, salt, straws, and filthy. Tables, chairs, and floors dirty. Posted picture of kitchen......hood slopped up, food and trash on the floor and counters, everyone working without any kind of hair covering.......

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! On 9/28/24 at 730pm I placed an online order for an original double combo my burger was not made right with a page tots that we're only half full and were burnt and cold by the time I got them and a turtle concrete. When I walked in my order was not where pick up orders were supposed to be. There were several orders in bags sitting by the drive thru window. I waited 5 minutes then asked about my order I was told by the cashier she didn't know and she went to get my concrete. I had my concrete for 15 minutes before another cashier came from break and I asked about my food. Come to find out my food was waiting over by the drive thru window getting cold. While my concrete melted. This was my very first trip to freddies and I had such high hopes. I am pregnant and just wanted food and ice cream but I will never go to freddies again!!!!!

In total honesty the only thing I've ever had at Freddy's is the shake...they are amazing! So thick. They actually taste like the milkshakes I remember from my childhood.

I purchased a Freddie's original double with no onion and a medium tater tot. The amount of money people pay for food is ridiculous for it not to be made fresh every time. This was a terrible experience by far.

This is the worst service ever I did an online mobile order for pickup at 8:30 didn't receive my food till 8:50. I got home and took the food out for my family and look missing the bun on a chicken sandwich. The cheese curds look empty I will never come here again.
