Specifically for the location at Belleville Crossing (Belleville, IL), I usually order inside. I don't recommend drive-thru because most times the order is wrong. Also, the wait is longer in drive-thru. They need a bit of work.

I asked for 2 fry sauces, it’s on the receipt, I got 0. Seriously.
Condiments and napkins were missing from the bag. It seems the team hasn’t watched their training videos or lacks leadership in ensuring everything is included, so every guest leaves happy!
Always great customer service here and reasonably fast order within 15 minutes or less even during Lunch Rush.
The burger was extremely salty in 1 place. It was like all of the salt was dumped in 1 spot. This is the second time that this has happened to me at this store. The rest of the burger was great.

The Freddy's chain is pretty much the in-n-out of the Midwest/south. The food consistently comes out great, shoestring fries are plentiful, and it's all made fresh to order.
This Freddy's location is pretty good overall. I've had some issues with timing before, like one time a few months ago I waited over 25 minutes after I ordered for my pickup order to be placed on the pickup rack, but I eventually found out they didn't put it there. It was the bag that had been sitting on the custard prep counter for 20 minutes. They replaced the fries after I asked. Not the worst thing ever, but a little irritating.
I order food here on a regular basis , and when I show up it's never there and turns out they just let anyone steal your food
Drum Roll Please! I love this Place! Why? The Workers are Polite and Nice...Yes MA'AM and No Sir...A+...I love their Chilli Dogs and if you want a hot chilli dog, eat inside.. And my Son just love, love, their Steak burgers and those Pickles are so Good, got a Picture down below.. We ate in ourselves, of course, and their icecream is delicious.... Please try their food and dine in...
