First time trying the food. It was really good. I love fries and the fries were really tasty. I will be going again. Ate all my fries haven't done that in a while.

This is my first and last time spending money here $12.04 for a sloppy burger if I wasn’t on my way to work, I would have went back and asked for a refund

Food was good so was the service. It was extremely cold in the store. Place needed to be cleaned up. A little chaotic at the order counter.

I went last night for fries and a shake. Nothing fancy. I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and recieved no food. The manager and workers looked clueless. Didn’t have any order records because they continued to ask what I had ordered. I watched a girl sneeze into her shirt, wipe her nose with her gloved hand and continued making ice cream. Didn’t even change her gloves. I ended up asking for a refund and drove off. I just checked and they did not refund the whole order - I’m absolutely furious. To have sat and waited have paid for the experience and received none of my order. Not even an apology from the person who handled the refund. Honestly won’t want to go back to this location after seeing how chaotic and unprofessional the workers are. The operator of this store should probably take another look at who they are hiring and offer more training.

Got a mobile order, I ordered cheesecake in my custard and there was none in there, mind you adding extras in a custard costs you $1, and didn’t even get it, I also ordered a few sauces and didn’t get any of them, no forks, no spoons, nor napkins in bag. Very upset with my experience
