Drum Roll Please! I love this Place! Why? The Workers are Polite and Nice...Yes MA'AM and No Sir...A+...I love their Chilli Dogs and if you want a hot chilli dog, eat inside.. And my Son just love, love, their Steak burgers and those Pickles are so Good, got a Picture down below.. We ate in ourselves, of course, and their icecream is delicious.... Great franchise. Usually has good food at the one in O'Fallon. Visited the one in Belleville for the first time. The food wasn't good at this location. My fries were cold and hard. The cheese on my burger didn't taste fresh, either. Overall, I wouldn't visit this location again. Maybe it was just an "off" day for the cook. I could have gone to Wendy's and paid less and got better tasting food.

The jalapeño burger is terrific. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. It seems to stay pretty busy. When we left at 8p the drive thru line was around the parking lot.

I think they need to hire a few more people. Dr Pepper was tapped out and only giving carbonated water so people were dumping their ice all over the tray. Ketchup fill containers were out. No napkins. Maybe it was all just bad timing but those things were worth mentioning. It wasn't like...
