Hardee's in Belleville

“The way fast food restaurant service works today. It is very rare to have a great experience. But at Hardee’s today, the experience was amazing. The lady who took my order was very effective and understood exactly what I needed. The food was ready immediately when I got to the pick up window and payment was prompt. The whole experience took about three minutes which again in today’s market is amazing. My biscuits and hashbrowns were delicious and everything was cooked perfectly.“

“I would give it zero stars on service. Last time we were there our entire order was messed up cause employees on their phone. And when we gave it back to get fixed the girl got an attitude my boyfriend tossed his burger on the counter and she told us to leave...lol... crazy she was the only one busy rude. The older employees are great very friendly I always enjoyed this location one of the better ones. But crazy the kind of worl we live in that you can get told to leave an establishment for wanting your order corrected that should of never been messed up we were the only customers that day at that moment. The problem was their age and their phone. Will never go back.“

“I went through the drive through, andAs someone who gets fast food 1 or 2 times a week i find being talked over when i order to be a consistant problem from all the major chains. However, Dionte did a good job of listening to my order and not talking over me. It was nice not to have to repeat myself.“
