Service is the worse of any Hardee's I've ever patronized. Only one person at the front trying to do the job of three people, which explains why we weren't greeted with a smile. Between her and the one cook in the back, they were constantly bickering over the customer orders and the obscenities coming from the back was heard by all. Food was late coming out, cold and unproperly packaged. No smiles, no gratitude, no attention to details. Elderly patrons were not serviced properly as well. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Didn't even get to order food. The manager was rude when we asked about a food selection and walked away as my fiance and stood there just looking at eachother in disbelief, then said manager was in the back making jokes about the question we asked with one of his employees. We just walked out the door as we felt very uninvited. I will never step foot back in the location for a very long time. I love Hardee's, just not this location. Learn how to have better customer service or your location will be doomed!

I like Hardee's. In Nevada they were Carl's Jr. I love there burgers. The best they ever had was only for a short period but it was a hamburger with BBQ pulled pork topping it.
Always great service here by the employees; very polite and professional work.
