Didn't even get to order food. The manager was rude when we asked about a food selection and walked away as my fiance and stood there just looking at eachother in disbelief, then said manager was in the back making jokes about the question we asked with one of his employees. We just walked out the door as we felt very uninvited. I will never step foot back in the location for a very long time. I love Hardee's, just not this location. Learn how to have better customer service or your location will be doomed!

I like Hardee's. In Nevada they were Carl's Jr. I love there burgers. The best they ever had was only for a short period but it was a hamburger with BBQ pulled pork topping it.

When I walked in the worker just didn't have a friendly greeting. I understand that they are short of workers but still at least make the customers come back but if you have an attitude that's going to keep people away

Went for breakfast this morning. Denise working the drive thru was extremely rude, not friendly at all & absolutely no manners. The hash rounds were so grease soaked you couldn't eat them. The Frisco breakfast sandwich had very little eggs & ham, the bread was hard & stale. The iced tea tasted like soap. Very disappointed. Won't be going back to this location for sure
