My favorite stop on my way to work. There’s other Hardee’s on the way but this one is the best in my opinion. A lady named Barb is here every morning and she keeps not only that operation running but me coming back.

I work for roto-rooter so I stopped by Hardee’s in between jobs for breakfast. The First Lady to come to the speaker had an attitude and switched it to another lady who was very nice. I ordered the medium number 3 (sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal) and a omelette burrito. From what was described to me and what the menu picture shows it’s supposed to have a bunch of meat. The food wasn’t hot and the burrito was almost empty besides a little egg and meat. I’m behind disappointed in this experience but couldn’t return being that I’m working and my customers have plumbing emergencies. Please make adjustments and put more meat in those burritos they’re too expensive to just be a tortilla.

Janaiya, the shift-leader who was working the window, showed no signs of respect, no manners, and my family and I didn't feel welcomed, as if we were a bother to her presence. Very little communication was made. The few words offered by her were short 1 word responses with a sarcastic tone. Highly unsatisfied although we pretty well already assumed it would be that way. This was at 7:15 on Sunday, December 8th, 2024

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Walked in and made eye contact with both employees and they don’t say anything. Basic easy knowledge. I own 2 Hardees in SW Missouri and this is basic knowledge in any job. If you hate your job just get a new one. Being rude for no reason you must really hate your life. Do better
