The way fast food restaurant service works today. It is very rare to have a great experience. But at Hardee’s today, the experience was amazing. The lady who took my order was very effective and understood exactly what I needed. The food was ready immediately when I got to the pick up window and payment was prompt. The whole experience took about three minutes which again in today’s market is amazing. My biscuits and hashbrowns were delicious and everything was cooked perfectly.

Wish a picture could say it all,however, 5 tacos, mostly empty little taco meat,little cheese,lettuce and cheese missed the taco shell. I paid for 5 taco shells and now having to cook taco meat to finish what I paid Hardee's to do.

I came 11/4/25 about 25 min before they closed at 9. The young lady acted like I ruined her night. Then proceeded to say “they were out of ice cream” which I highly doubt. And then gave me hard buns and obviously old food!
