I went through the drive thru on 3/22/26 at 5:37pm, I ordered a big hot ham and cheese. I park over at Lowe’s and pull out my sandwich. Well it’s a reg hot and cheese. I take the sandwich back, and they apologized and said they would fix it. They literally took the sandwich and rewrapped it and gave it back to me. Like I was too stupid to notice the tear on the side of the bun, that I gave back to them. I tried to file a complaint with Corporate, but they didn’t give me a receipt, so I couldn’t contact them through the app. I tried calling back last night and no one answered the phone. Hardee’s is back to the restaurant it was before the original thick burgers. Avoid this place.

Wow ! Just ordered a hamburger it was $4.03. I just about fell over dead! It was smaller than the palm of my hand and the same thing at McDonald's is $1.69. What a rip off!!
Well I gave it 3 tries because I live so close to it and I’m going to be honest y’all. If I want to be disappointed I will gladly stop by. 3 different times I have gone and something was always bad. Fries were definitely old, my chicken sandwich is burnt, and the burgers just ain’t it. The workers are nice but like I need yall to make my food “nice”.
