Well I gave it 3 tries because I live so close to it and I’m going to be honest y’all. If I want to be disappointed I will gladly stop by. 3 different times I have gone and something was always bad. Fries were definitely old, my chicken sandwich is burnt, and the burgers just ain’t it. The workers are nice but like I need yall to make my food “nice”.

I was the only customer in drive thru and they made me pull around and park for just 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits. Terrible incompetent service. What’s the point of having a drive thru?

Ordered Number 1 Combo, Hamburger was reheated microwaved garbage cold as ice, despite waiting 10 minutes at drive thru, fries would have been okay. but so much salt it burned your mouth. Drink was usual fast food fare. I will never go back! Would not be surprised if they ended up like their neighbor Burger King, CLOSED.

I came through the drive thru this weekend and Mr Dionte was really good at listening to my order carefully and knows how to talk to people with patience

I went through the drive through, andAs someone who gets fast food 1 or 2 times a week i find being talked over when i order to be a consistant problem from all the major chains. However, Dionte did a good job of listening to my order and not talking over me. It was nice not to have to repeat myself.

I bought my mother breakfast. Come home and you can clearly see one biscuit is burnt. Burned to the point it’s hard. No problem … go back & the manager (Rose) states that’s how they make them & states she would not be replacing the biscuit. As a former employee I knew that was a lie & unacceptable. It took for me to talk to someone else to have it replaced. This should never have to go that far over a burned hard biscuit. Just not that serious. A lot of unnecessary animosity towards former employees. Please do better. It’s ok to move on. I’m still spending money & being respectful in your establishment. Rose needs some training on how to treat guest. Very hostile& hold grudges. Needs training on not being hostile with former employees and let things go.
