Worse experience ever . ASHLEE MS āGENERAL MANAGER ā gave me and my family the worse experience ever a peaceful fun day at the park with family turned into a stressful and horrible night . Me and my family decided to eat at this IMOs once we got to the IMOs their card reader wasnāt working and the manager blamed us when we just used the same card at the gas station before going to IMOs . After 3 tries even using different methods hours later !! At that . I gave up decided to go home and place the order throughout the phone for delivery and it worked thought finally everything going good then nope .! first they took almost an hour to deliver the pizza when we got the pizza the pizza was every old the same pizza from literally hours ago like who would even feed that to people the pizza was burnt nd soggy even tasted so old I called they literally just put me on hold I went up there talked to āgeneral manager Ashleeā and she made the decision to get everything solved even harder!!!! I just wanted my pizza to be cooked freshly she blamed me for the card issues and said I was wasting food so i got what I ordered hours ago when I couldnāt even pay because THEIR CARD READER WASNT WORKING I literally just used the same card at a different store. And she tried to argue instead of good customer service and just making the pizza over a normal person would have to begin with like why would I feed my kids that and I have toddlers ??āāļø never coming back again will be in contact with corporate

I canāt rate the food here because even though they have one of the biggest buildings out of all the other lmoās locations in Belleville, they are the only one that does not let customers enjoy inside dining. They want our business and money but donāt welcome us a place to eat there.Iāll give my business to the other smaller IMOās like W. Main that do welcome customers a place to eat.

I order my pizza at 8:14 my pizza City show right between 8:55 -9:05 I didn't receive my order until 10:00 right before they close the audacity that I left the a tip that's why I don't like the tip and that's why people don't like the tip people no more cuz they can't even get you your pizza on timeDo not order from them

Updating 12/24/2023: An hour to delivery. Pizza wasn't hot. Its ok, its Imos. I will like to mention that I will boycott any restaurant that asks me for a tip before I get my food. Will my food be tainted if I don't tip? Will it take longer and be warm or cold if I don't tip in advance?
Iām a huge fan of Imoās Having said that, Iām not very pleased with this location. Iāve ordered here multiple times (delivery) and each time the order takes at least an hour, is warm, and sticks to the box. The flavor is great, Iāll order from them again, but they are expensive. Almost $40 for a medium and a large pizzaā¦ I would encourage others to try local establishments, even though Imoās is a favorite.

I love Imoās pizza; itās literally my favorite pizza spot ever. That said, I didnāt have the best experience today.The pizza tasted good, but the cheese slid right off every time I picked up a slice. It wasnāt cut well, I suppose. My husbandās boneless wings were good and so was the garlic cheese bread.My biggest complaint is that the signage out front says that they close the lobby at 9PM on weekdays. Well, today is a Sunday and the lobby was closed at 8PM.When I knocked on the door, all of the employees, who I KNOW heard me knocking, acted like they didnāt see me. It took me stopping the delivery driver from leaving to get him to run in and tell them to come serve me. Then, the woman with shoulder length dark hair that came to serve us at the window had a crummy attitude and said, āOh yeah, we lock the door at 8PM.ā I suggested that they put a sign up that informed customers of such, and she just brushed me off. Everyone that works there has a very dismissive attitude, and Iāll be sure not to waste my money there anymore.
