Bought a chef salad 🥗 from this location. It was the worst salad I ever bought from IMO’s in my life. Absolutely no cheese, no meat, a big bowl of lettuce. I will never go to this location again. Call the manager and he said this how it’s supposed to. Sir i been eating IMO’s before you were born

First let me preface this with that I am a big fan of Imo's pizza. We went in to grab a bite between events and decided to eat at the restaurant which we informed the staff while ordering. Our meal was served to us in to go containers. I had to go up to the counter to ask for plates and napkins which appeared to be a tough challenge for the staff member. The tables and dining area hadn't been cleaned for a long time with debris all over the floor. I believe the owner was onsite talking to staff briefly, which I thought was good but didn't take the time to tour his own dining room.

I just ordered through uber eats & good lord whoever was cooking that food around 9pm PLEASE keep them back there!! this is the best imos ive ever had in my life from the wings, pizza & salad! Its so rare to get good food on the go, please keep it upppp🫶🏽

Take the extra 15 minutes and drive to a different imos. This is awful. Very under-cooked.
Jason the manager answered the phone with me and told me that my pizza was not burnt!! He says he made it and that’s the way they come and there will be no refunds!!! I see why because these are franchised locations!! Very nasty and unacceptable!!! Very rude & disgusting!! Do not take a chance here, try other location like Fairview!!

My pizza was literally a cracker. There was no sauce and it was over cooked. I'm beyond disappointed with the food after paying 70$ for 3 xl pizzas.
