This place is lucky to get 1 star! Every single time I come through here there is noone working. If this place is closed how about blocking off the entrance!? Bc u have customers coming thru waiting for nothing!!! Put signs up stating you're closed!!!

Paid for my food! Asked for receipt and toldwe are out of printer paper right now. I said I would like a receipt since I paid with my debit card. She said well I can’t give you one.When I said a customer should be able to receive a receipt she said I know. I’m like you can’t work like that. She could have cared less.No apology.

I ordered a buttery Jack sandwich, which I didn't eat right away because I was driving. I go to eat my sandwich and there is no baccon or meat on my sandwich, the only thing I requested extra were sauteed onions. I drove back to have my order fixed and to complain, the manager returns with my order, I ask and I quote, can I have a free desert or something with my order because I don't see how you didn't put the burger meat and bacon on my sandwich and I had to drive all the way back here to have it fixed. He says to me he is not authorized to do that, I ask is there no manager on staff tonight? He says he is the manager and goes on that he will not be giving me anything, at all and that I was rude, I said I was not rude that I simply asked, I continued as he argues over me asking him for his name which he would not provide, he then goes on and says I'm holding up the line, I said that's ok, I'll just call corporate, he tells me I'm calling them too, I'm calling the police you're holding up the line. I said that's ok, you don't have to worry about me coming back and yes I'm calling corporate and I proceeded to leave.

I ordered off the app and that part was fine then when I got to the restaurant I decided to order a few things more. I paid for the extra items and when I got home and looked in the bags I did not receive them. Tried Calling the restaurant and forget it. I have tried for the last hour to get them to pick up so this was not one of the better goes at Jack in the box. Another thing that surprised me I got charge for a glass of water really?

I waited 20 minutes in line for my order. I paid for my order and I drove off without I grabbing my food cause I was so annoyed. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get an order through drive-thru. I would not recommend this location at all.

It's a jack in the box. This jack in the box is a tad bit cleaner and a little more customer oriented.

Tacos had not meat in them.. fried so hard just awful.. will not patronize this place again. $20 in foos that was no edible

We drove off without our food. Waited in the drive thru for 20minutes, after repeating our order literally 6 or 7 times into the speaker, just to have them not know our order and continue to ignore us sitting at the window. We can't believe a business can afford to operate like this these days. We would recommend you go somewhere else.
