This is the slowest location I have ever been too throughout multiple states. I have never received “freaky fast” service here let alone regular timed service. The chik-fil-a next door with a longer line of 10 cars was faster than the four cars at this Jimmy John’s. Really wish their standard of service was the same at all branches.

Lately this Jimmy John’s location has been on point. The breads been very fresh and the sandwiches have been loaded up correctly. I even used the restroom and it was very clean all around. Way to go JJ’s

So unprofessional having a conversation with a coworker when 3 people are in line she turned her back to the line to talk to her coworker and laugh . She handed me my food in the most pathetic way these kids want to be cool . Makes you appreciate subway!

Missing 2 items from my order. They offered to redeliver missing items. Why would I want to wait another 20 minutes? Only credited for 2 missing items, which is unacceptable. Why would I want just potato salad and a pickle?

Worst Jimmy John’s location I have been to. Went there tonight at 8:20pm and the door was locked when it says open until 10. Both employees choose to smirk and ignored me at the door. Realizing that there was a drive through, I used it, and was able to place my order. Upon getting home my order was wrong in three ways and my “giant” sandwich wasn’t even cut in half.

Waited in the drive thru 25 minutes. I’ve only been to Jimmy John’s a couple times and I don’t know “the rules” but I ordered a slim turkey (just bread and turkey) with added avocado spread and lettuce. She asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Finally got to the window and was handed a sandwich with turkey lettuce tomato and cheese. I went inside to have them remake it because I wasn’t going to wait another 25 minutes or more. The girl at the counter said that they can’t add anything on a slim. She said this about 3 times as if though this was the magical answer to the problem. Clearly the issue is the girl in the drive through taking orders doesn’t know that to tell people ordering.. So tell her :) not me. K thanks ;). Also, the sandwich is still made wrong if I ordered it the “correct” way she said, there is no avocado and I asked for no cheese… Then she said we can remake it but it’s going to be awhile and glanced over at the more then a handful of customers waiting. I already did my over share of waiting. They also weren’t understaffed there were at least 7 people behind the counter. I had to walk out there was to much ignorance. By the way I have my 5 month old in the car seat holder which she could clearly see. I don’t have an hour to wait for a piece of bread with three things on it obviously. Freaky fast my a$$. $10 in the trash. I’ll stick with Subway, they can make sandwiches faster with 2 or 3 workers, even their establishments with a drive thru.

We were waiting at the drive thru window for 20+ minutes for only 4 sandwiches. After 20 minutes they opened the window and asked if we were still waiting? And then didn’t explain why it was taking so long, apologize for the wait or anything of the sort. And then it still took another 10 minutes to get our sandwiches.

Not sure what happened to Jimmy John’s being freaky fast. But for $36 for 4 sandwiches, I assume I wouldn’t be waiting for 30 minutes at the drive thru window.

I ordered and paid for a party box on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. When the box didn't arrive at the proper time, I called to see where it was and was told they didn't have a driver. I responded that would have been nice to know. They told me if I still wanted the order (I had 12 hungry church volunteers waiting to eat), it would be delivered by Uber Eats. 1/2 hour later they called to tell me it couldn't be delivered after all. I could cancel the order or someone could pick it up. When 2 ladies showed up to pick up the order they had to wait for it to be finished. So we finally ate 1 1/2 hours late.
The website that I was directed to use is malfunctioning. It is not allowing me to enter the date visited so I am unable to complete the feedback form!

We placed an order on the app and selected drive-through for pickup. When we got to the speaker, we were told our order wasn't ready yet and to please park out front to wait. They were also out of French bread. It took about 35 minutes for it to be ready. Staff were friendly and working as fast as they could, but they are definitely understaffed. The lobby was closed with a note on the door saying so. We saw several people walk up and then leave once they read the sign. Hiring at minimum wage isn't going to get workers in the door.
