My wife got us 2 sandwiches and 2 sodas for nearly $30!!! When she got home I discovered they gave her the wrong sandwich that was mine causing me to have to take time out of my evening and spend gas to go back up there and get my sandwich replaced. They replaced it and I let them know I should be financially compensated for my time and gas to make me hole. The person “in charge” said well you can have some chips to witch I laughed and said I that dose not put money back in my pocket. Oh I should mention that yes I did use profanity absolutely to which the employees acted as if they had bee heard such a thing lol. He finally said he could give me a gift card,(after insulting me with some chips), then he says the only way he can give me a card is if I give home my phone number! I recoiled at this. No I’m not giving a corporation my phone number that just defrauded me. By the way my wife told me when she came up there there was an individual on the sandwich line with her pants down and you could see her A.S.S. So I’m taking this to corporate.

Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else. On numerous occasions I have dealt with cancelled orders, orders not delivered and terrible customer service. If I could give it negative stars I would.

This place is the slowest Jimmy John’s of all time. Waiting over 10 minutes at the counter for 2 regular (cold) subs is absurd. Do better! Worth adding that one of the subs was for my kid…just plain turkey and cheese.

This location needs some help. Slowest JJs I’ve ever been to. No receipt, pretty sure my sandwich was given to somebody else. No urgency from staff. Guy taking orders had AirPods in. Other staff members throwing trash across the restaurant. Unprofessional. Corporate needs to step in

Do not waste your time or money go to the Shiloh location for Quality customer service and food order is always messy and thrown together staff rude and no customer service. Will not be returning after 3 attempts at this location

If I could give negative stars, I would.

This is the slowest place imaginable. Unbelievably slow. Slow if you order inside, slow if you order drive thru, slow if you order delivery. FREAKY SLOW.

My advice, NEVER order delivery from this location. Either they cancel it or it takes well over an hour. (And just so you don’t think I’m being ridiculous - this location is a 5 minute drive from my house.)

Every single time I have ordered from this restaurant, they NEVER get the order right. I order the same exact thing every time because it’s my absolute favorite…they NEVER EVER get it right. I pay for the extras but don’t get the extra. It’s no longer the normal “get it fast”…it takes longer to get “cold” sandwiches than it takes to get cooked pizzas. I will no longer be ordering from this store. This store CANNOT get it together or keep it together. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I ordered using the app showed up in the drive thru told them I had an online ordered and they had my order ready surprisingly fast. And I could tell they were dealing with a large order or a large number of orders. They were on point and the crew that worked tonight 4/26/2025 deserves respect and a raise

Subs SO SLOW you'll freak! Only person in drivethru. Told to please wait. Wouldn't take our order for over 10 minutes. Finally ask if they forgot about us. Tell us it's really busy inside, pull around to front....only one person is inside. Pull back around to drive thru. Told to please wait again. 5 more minutes without even getting order taken. Finally pull away to leave. Have waited over 30 minutes in driveway before with limited cars. It's super sad, because Jimmy Johns is usually really fast. Not this location. Perfect location, needs new management and/or workers.

This is the slowest location I have ever been too throughout multiple states. I have never received “freaky fast” service here let alone regular timed service. The chik-fil-a next door with a longer line of 10 cars was faster than the four cars at this Jimmy John’s. Really wish their standard of service was the same at all branches.
