Not only are the prices frustrating, we understand why, but also its just a cold deli sandwich. It's really frustrating how slow this Jimmy Johns is at making food. Plus you can't even hear the person when u order food.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Along with this, my sandwich was soggy, and I ordered it toasted! I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the women who talked to me was nothing but disrespectful towards me.

Every time I go here, they forget something they've charged me extra for- this time it was a dollar for cheese that I didn't get, last time it was a couple of their kickin' ranch. I'm not sure I've ever received the cheese they've charged me extra for at any visit. No one ahead of me in the drive thru, no visible customers in the dining room. Seriously, is it that hard to make a SANDWICH? What I came home with really shows how much this location cares about the service they provide. Not only is there no cheese I paid for, but there's a sprinkle of lettuce, a couple of green tomato slices, and a scant helping of meat. I'm done with this establishment.

If you're a customizing person (which so many people have their sandwiches differently) then do not come here. Went through the drive thru... I knew I wanted a salami and cheese sandwich, but not the Italian way, I wanted a typical sub (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.) Ordered and was informed they were giving me the Vito ‍ I explained what I wanted (that it wasn't a Vito type sandwich with oil/vinegar and oregano) and was told through the drive thru that that is the Vito that I want. Got the sandwich and it was literally just salami with lettuce. No big deal, I go inside and explain what I was looking for and wanted. I was then told they cannot customize any sandwich. You cannot add tomatoes to any sandwich and they can only give provolone cheese with a salami sandwich. Apparently they are not allowed to do ANY substitutions at all as they are "not allowed". So check the menu, what you see is going to hopefully be what you get. Every other JJ's I've been to across the country have allowed these changes EXCEPT this one. So choose any other one and you should be good.

Cannot customize sandwiches the manager said. We tried ordering a specific sandwich that they replaced with one on the menu, in which, was nothing like what we wanted. Tried going in the store to fix it but they instead stated that they cannot add certain toppings to specific sandwiches. Never had any problem such as this in WA. Glad we know never to come back to this JJ and tell others as well. What a sad sandwich. We also had an employee open the window, nearly throw the food out and said "thank you" while closing the window. Poor customer service on top of a bad experience here.

Jimmies John was outstanding. Really freaky fast. Had my food before I filled my soda cup. The only problem was I've eaten here before and it was super slow getting food out. I think the higher ups must have been there.

Messed up my "giant" sandwich order and gave me a regular. When I asked him to correct it the dude charged me nearly $20 total to give me the other half when the "giant" is only $16. I even asked him to fix the order but he said it was the right price...Also forgot the bbq chips and gave us the wrong drink as a fun fact.

My husband loves JJ's so I stopped on the way home to get him a sandwich. I get that they are understaffed and overworked, I do. But a yup, when I said thank you and have a great afternoon is a bit much. There is another friendlier one close to my office. If he didn't love the #11 I would find another sandwich shop. Yup, I would.

Jimmy John's just wasted my son's time and threw away his dinner all because THEY voided out the paid order due to no delivery drivers at this time. They were well aware of the situation before entering the order as a delivery. We drive here assuming everything was all good but no,, i was told I had to pay with cash but because I didn't have any smaller bills on me or the card they refused and tossed the order directly into the trash. It gets better. I was the only person in the store with the two male employees and as I requested a phone number for management they denied it to me and then basically teamed up on me by speaking louder and louder so I exited the store because I was uncomfortable.

I've eaten at Jimmy John's in several different locations in different states. Will NOT be back to the Belleville location again. Not welcoming, kind of seem put out to be making several sandwiches. And the guy taking the order....didn't want to be at work today, I guess. 3 Slim 5s, a turkey tom, and a JJ BLT. Very uncomplicated and one was still missing ingredients. PLUS very skimpy on the toppings. My daughter's had trouble before also. Ordered on the app...waited for them to notify (as directed to do) but two hours later no notification so she drove there. "Oh yeah, we have them in back. We didn't want to take the time to jump on the computer." She refused to take two hours old sandwiches.

Delivery went from freaky fast to adequately quick. Still doing great in a pinch when you can't leave work.
