VFW is clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly as are the other patrons. Good size menu with a variety of options. Chicken wings and shrimp were very good as were the mac n cheese and onion rings. There is a locally made hot sauce at the bar that is very good but beware if you are sensitive to heat/spice. Thankfully I was warned in advance so I was able to enjoy it. Would eat here again and recommend to others.

My husband retired on Friday and we asked Kevin if they could accommodate 100 people for food. Not only did we have tons of leftovers but our guests absolutely loved the food. Most of our guests enjoyed the meatballs and wings. If you want great food then Kevlar's Grill is where you would want to get it catered. The food was EXCELLENT! We had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, hush puppies, onion rings, and spinach & artichoke dip. Everything was fresh and HOT, which is impressive because we had delivery in another town. The food was all so delicious and the dip was easily the best I've ever tried. 100% recommend this place, and will DEFINITELY be eating here again!
