They must have changed the way they cook case it was awful. Plus they didn't have enough food cooked for my order and I think they forgot about me. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order and it wasn't right so I had to wait another 15 minutes and again it wasn't enough chicken so they gave me 3 chicken wings to make up for a chicken breast. Oh and 3 biscuits instead of 4 and a single serving of green beans. They really lack management oh yeah one worker said they need a person that over sees the whole store and orders the right amount of food and hires good workers..

I’m really disappointed with my recent KFC experience. I placed an order and not only was it incorrect, but I had to wait longer than expected to even receive the wrong food. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you asked for.
That being said, I do want to mention Pam, who works there—she was incredibly kind and helpful despite the situation. She did her best to fix the mistake. KFC needs to work on their accuracy and efficiency, but Pam deserves recognition for her great customer service.

I would give no stars if I could. The restaurant was beyond disgusting and dirty. When I pulled up to the restaurant the staff was sitting at a table. As I got out of my car and approached the door they all ran to the kitchen. There was soo much food and trash on the floor in both the dining area and kitchen it looked like it had not been swept or cleaned in well over a month. Against my better judgement, I still placed an order to go. The person who I assumed was the “cook” was in the kitchen adjusting his hat and making sure his hair looked ok. Again, IN THE KITCHEN!! As my things were being bagged, I requested butter. The persons body language expressed he did not want to have to do an extra task to complete the order but then reached to throw what I discovered was plasticware instead of butter when I got home. In addition to not having the butter as requested, I was missing a complete whole large side. I also had ordered a 12 piece bucket and 6 of the pieces were wings! I will not be back!!

0/10 experience! Ordered a 3 piece meal with a mac n cheese/mashed potatoes/starry, a chicken tender meal with potatoes and a MTN dew. Got ALL wings of the bottom of the batch with two mac n cheeses and two starrys with no ice… what is the world coming too. I understand the world is hard but you do not get paid for people to spend 30+ dollars on food to do this DO BETTER. Being tired and being there til the closing time (like every other job) is not an excuse, WE ALL HAVE TO WORK. I hope a manager sees this because I will be taking further action especially after almost being declined a refund, this is such a shame for society.

1st time here at this location and drive thru person couldn’t hear or better term didn’t want too,2nd food was nasty chicken looked and tasted burnt and old , Mac and cheese was dry to the point of tasting like cardboard ,never going back to this place at all customer serve terrible food un edible
