I picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza and it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours so I went back up there to get another one and the second pizza I got Was fresh, but it was burnt. I don’t know who’s making the pizzas now, but they are not Little Caesars pizzas.

They don’t know how to make crazy bread, crazy bread isn’t supposed to be burnt or dark brown. And the pizza crust is always thin like they don’t allow it to rise

Still need to work on getting their heads out their asses. When it hot n ready it's ready, no wait time. Please let people know before taking their card and charging them that it's a 15 minute wait for a hot n ready pizza. Makes it tough for people that have 30 min lunch and it takes 10 minutes to drive to the store. And I guess this is the 2.99 for 2 liter? If you don't care about your job, then you dont care. But take care of customer right

Horrible customer service!! Went through the drive thru for lunch ordered a sausage pizza and got a cheese pizza instead. Yes it's my fault I didn't check my order but when I called they were rude and just offered to exchange for a different pizza. I only get a 30 minute lunch like most so that wasn't an option. Definitely check your order these idiots can't get anything right.

I was there 9/18/24 and I have never had that fast, kind and smooth service. The counter lady was attentive the food was ready in under 10mn if it was that long. No pics but we had a three meat, wings and a 2L soda and spent just under $20.00

Waited in drive through/hot n ready line. Got to wondow 15 minutes wait for pizza. Guy at window had bit of an attuide about it.
Went through the drive thru to get a pizza. He said it would take 10 minutes after taking payment and to pull forward.
I pulled to a spot and there was another woman sitting in a vehicle that must have had an order too.
After 20 minutes I went to get out of my car to the lobby. Two people, who were also waiting, went to open the door but it was locked.
They had no intention of bringing the pizza to anyone that was waiting. I called up and the manager said, “Our lobby is closed.” He made no mention of the order and how I was going to get my order. No refund offered either.
I’ll be disputing the charge.

I usually enjoy coming here. Tonight my kids asked for pizza. I arrived at 8:05 on a Saturday night, there were about 5 cars ahead of us. I got to the window at 8:22 and asked for a "hot and ready pizza". I was told, "sorry we don't have any". Confused, I asked, "well can't you make one?", they usually say it take 10 mins if they don't have any. The girl then tells me, "No, we close at 9"...ummm okay, so you are open till 9 but aren't serving food at 8:24???" She replied, "he's already cleaned up"... Now, I get not wanting to make a pizza right at closing, but there's 35 mins. I worked at plenty of fast food restaurants when I was young and if we were open till 9, we made food till 9 and then we started our clean up after we closed....smh
