After driving for about 20min to get the free pizza, arrived TWO MINUTES late!!!? Like seriously, and the girl could immediately blurbed out of her mouth, WE CLOSED AT 2 SERVING MILITARY! not even a thank you for your service or a you know what, although you arrived TWO MINUTES, I will honor your free pizza. The store was empty, it was not as if they were packed. This was no establishment offer, it is to thank the veterans for their service to this country, for the freedom she is enjoying and it is more important to abide by the rules (two minutes late) than making a veterans day and thank them for their sacrifice.
You know what she can do with that pizza... trash!

The kids are mostly nice but the quality is TRASH. Don't do it. To pay $30 for a few pizzas of this quality will hurt your heart...just as mine has been breaking more and more over the past few years. There is no sauce. The pizza us over cooked and they never cut it all the way through.

I picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza and it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours so I went back up there to get another one and the second pizza I got Was fresh, but it was burnt. I don’t know who’s making the pizzas now, but they are not Little Caesars pizzas.

They don’t know how to make crazy bread, crazy bread isn’t supposed to be burnt or dark brown. And the pizza crust is always thin like they don’t allow it to rise

Please let people know before taking their card and charging them that it's a 15 minute wait for a hot n ready pizza. Makes it tough for people that have 30 min lunch and it takes 10 minutes to drive to the store. And I guess this is the 2.99 for 2 liter? If you don't care about your job, then you dont care. But take care of customer right

Horrible customer service!! Went through the drive thru for lunch ordered a sausage pizza and got a cheese pizza instead. Yes it's my fault I didn't check my order but when I called they were rude and just offered to exchange for a different pizza. I only get a 30 minute lunch like most so that wasn't an option. Definitely check your order these idiots can't get anything right.

I was there 9/18/24 and I have never had that fast, kind and smooth service. The counter lady was attentive the food was ready in under 10mn if it was that long. No pics but we had a three meat, wings and a 2L soda and spent just under $20.00

Went through the drive thru to get a pizza. He said it would take 10 minutes after taking payment and to pull forward.
I pulled to a spot and there was another woman sitting in a vehicle that must have had an order too.
After 20 minutes I went to get out of my car to the lobby. Two people, who were also waiting, went to open the door but it was locked.
They had no intention of bringing the pizza to anyone that was waiting. I called up and the manager said, “Our lobby is closed.” He made no mention of the order and how I was going to get my order. No refund offered either.
