Tried this restaurant based on reviews. Ordered takeout tonight and they gave us half of what we ordered. Drove back, was ignored, no apologies, no consideration. Won't go back and will tell others terrible customer service.

We love this place - the food and the staff! We go every week! The food is always hot, great tasting. We love the chicken chimichanga and the fajitas. They are our go-to choices. The service is excellent. We love the ladies who work there. They've become like family!

I order from this place pretty frequently from DoorDash. I order the same thing, three beef hard shell tacos with no lettuce and chips and dip. I order so frequently it’s sickening. When I have aversions to food this is the only thing I can eat. Every time I order, there is some kind of issue. They either don’t give me the proper amount of tacos (the manager told me I couldn’t get the 3 piece priced at 5.50 because 3 tacos cost 8.75 so I place three single beef tacos that come out to 8.75 AND THEY STILL CANT GET IT RIGHT), they put lettuce on there (sometimes they don’t, not sure how they can pick and choose when to do this and when to not), or give you soft shell tacos without asking a preference and now I also have to put that in the line on my DoorDash request list (they saw that I wanted hard shell tacos but still gave me lettuce). They gave me two tacos with lettuce, my order came in cold and disheveled and something like this happens every time I order from them. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

The food and service here are great. Always love their chips and salsa. The chips are tough enough to dip and the salsa has just the right amount of heat. They chop their cilantro just a bit too big though. The lunch specials are delicious, not too expensive at about 9 bucks and are just the right portion for lunch. Will definitely go again.
