Eeyuck! They made a mistake and gave me another lady's order and gave her mine. After we each gave them back, the workers tried to give me the same order that they handed the other lady, which she obviously went through and touched in order to see she had the wrong order like I had to do. I'm pretty sure they just gave her the same bag I had gone through based on how fast they got her out of the line after. When they tried giving me the food they gave her, I told them I didn't want it because they gave it to a customer. They pulled me from the drive thru to a curbside spot to wait for it to be remade. After a while, a woman brought me the order telling me everything was fresh. However the condition of the items tells a different story. They gave me food another customer handled clearly, which they should've never even taken back into their kitchen in the first place due to sanitary reasons, that's fast food 101. But I'm appalled that even after I specifically told them due to that other customer's hands being on the order I wanted it remade, that they still gave me the compromised food. Examples of evidence of this being there was ketchup smeared on my son's chicken sandwich wrapper, everything was lukewarm at best, and the little receipt-like papers attached to the sandwiches for special requests like no lettuce were worn and crinkled up. The bag even seemed to have the same grease stains as before. Disgusting and despicable! I won't be back anytime soon, at allllllllll Y'all are going to make somebody sick and face a lawsuit!!!!

I go here all the time and I get it’s your dinner rush around 5pm but if I order a large fry I expect the box to be full NOT half full I might as well have gotten a med fry and not paid the large price that’s ridiculous and my moneys being wasted doing that. Please get it together.

It's every time this location can not simply read. Everytime I pay extra for sauces they never give them. It's so stupid and little but its been EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH THIS LOCATION. Everytime its on my receipt and yet everytime they can't do it. It's pretty hard to mess it up, even harder to do it over and over again.

Terrible place. Ordered online walked in to pick it up to be told, they did not have my order at all and asked me if I paid for it. I showed them proof of payment and they still did not make my food. Said and I quote “it says you paid it but you really didn’t pay it until we get the order” meanwhile I have a copy of the payment on my account. Management is awful

I like that i can get a quick meal before I go to work. Sometimes it's a hit or miss on the food sometimes I get fresh fries and sometimes they or cold and old. When I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich it's not on there so I have to wait back in line to get the right sandwich.

I was in Drive-thru stuck for about 30 minutes. Then they proceeded to hand me a bag with cold food in it. This is not expected coming from a McDonald's.
