I went to this location today & mobile ordered a happy meal. I pulled up to the drive thru & was greeted with “are you using the app today?” I said “yes I am, I placed a mobile order” & after a few seconds she says OKAY WHAT DO YOU WANT ??? I said “I said that I have a mobile order” & she says WHATS THE CODE ???? I say my code & she says “Like Damn …” This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten from anywhere I’ve ever been & I was very taken back.. Someone passed in my family today & I got my younger brother a happy meal to cheer him up & this was just the cherry on top of a terrible day … you might be having a hard time at work but just know that what you say to others can also add to their bad day.

Lived on this side of town for 10 years and have never had one issue with this McDonald’s. Never had an incorrect order, crappy service, and it’s always been consistent, and usually the fries are hot and fresh compared to other locations. Now they’re open 24 hours Wed-Sat too which is great for me as I’m a night owl and gives me a close option after midnight.

No one to talk to so I was forced into using the kiosk, I ordered my McRib sandwich took my number and sat down waited a few minutes and here comes an employee with my milkshake which was not the right one and told me that they were out of McRib's. I have gone to three different locations now and I'm getting the same story, no McRibs!

On Dec 5,24, Me and my Son wanted the McRib sandwich from McDonald's.. We were really excited about its return.. And here is my say, the sandwich taste a lot different..The bun, (to me), was tough...Not tasting like years before. And Maybe because of the time we went, I don't know.. I will, give it another try to see. But that Mcrib sandwich did not need change, its its own winner and has been that too..

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker but could not understand the person through the speaker so I drove on up to the first window to order. The girl at the window told me that she was told by the manager that she was not allowed to take orders at the window. I told her that I could not hear her at the speaker and asked what difference it made if she heard me on her headphones or in person. She preceeded to tell me that I would have to drive back around the building and order at the speaker. I just shook my head and drove off. I think the manager needs some customer service training.........

People that work here are just rude and forget everything came here and the girl giving us our food was making a TikTok You heard me right A TIKTOK she gave us one bag and forgot half of the things we had to sit there and ask for the rest of our food and she acted like we were morons we had to tell her many times what she forgot and she couldn't even get right after many reminders of what she was forgetting after 30 minutes of back and forth she finally gets most of it right and sends us on our way as she's closing the window I hear her phone ring and she gets on FaceTime I don't care if it's a fast food joint it's completely rude and unprofessional to be getting paid to be on your phone be rude and get orders wrong 10 out of 10 don't recommend

Pretty nice McDonald's as my butt was starving being on the run all day. Fish sandwich is my go-to only, so gobbled that nice hot fresh with enough tartar sauce right down. Best one I've been too even by my house in Missouri. Staff was warm and welcoming along with getting my order, dare I say, perfect! Big Shout Out to the staff & manager.
