never have had such a bad experience. it took over 30 minutes from ordering at counter to get food. only then because Scott the special needs employee shouted he has been waiting 30 minutes. the manager then threw my food into the bag and walked away. no drink until again Scott grabbed a drink. he should be the manager not the female or red shirt man that never once looked out to see the long line at the unmanned counter

Terrible experience visit that location was told to use kiosk the lobby was empty see no reason to use kiosk not comfortable with it the employee was not helpful any kind of way also notice there was no special on the mc muffin 2 for 5 but the commericals advertise specials guess that location not honor it never return again

Every time I go here I have to bring back my food and ask them to recook it. Food is NEVER hot and fresh. It's a shame too because today the manager even gave me my food in drive thru. She should know better. I know all the stations have timers so there is no excuse to give out cold old food to anyone. I use to b a mgr @ mcdonalds so I know the rules. Do better belleville McDonalds.

The place was very clean. The service I received was great. She was friendly and greeted me with a beautiful smile. I ordered the five dollar meal. Which was a double cheese burger, small french fries, 4 chicken nuggets, and a small drink. The cheese burger was fantastic, and hot french fries. Of course, I went around 1 pm. after the noon rush. I was very satisfied with my meal and a nice clean place to sit down and eat.
Prices have gone up so much. Service and employees were not friendly.

Thee WORST McDonald's ever! The manager was absolutely rude and unpleasant. Didn't want to give me my receipt. I used my mobile app code and the employee who took my order screwed it up somehow. But on my phone it read that they got the code. Wanted me to give another code, which would have taken 15 more minutes to generate. However, they ended up giving my item but acted like they didn't want to give it to me. That ENTIRE McDonald's needs to be restaffed!!! I'm surprised they're even still open and operating.

My wife just got home from picking up food. The French fries are cold. COLD. The works are extremely unprofessional and do not have proper training for their equipment. So much so that the person handing for food to my wife asked several times what her drink was, gave the wrong drink. Then the worker asked for the drink back. While the screen infront of him showed the order in detail.
