This is a horrible location! Made a simple online order for my son of 10 nuggets and basket of fries and had my 70 yr old father go pick it up as i am sick. They gave him such a hard time saying he needed a 4 digit code to get the order! He had to call me and put me on with this VERY rude male employee. I had to explain that I didnt need my phone to be close for him to pick the order up after he told me this was the case! Pulled up email receipt and he argued with me. He finally found the order and just hung up with me! Have some manners and courtesy. Holy hell.

I visited today because I wanted drinks at 10:30 and the lady taking my order cuts me off speaking and says “hold up if you want lunch we don’t do that til 11” I said excuse me I just want some drinks and she starts going on about the customer before me mind you I haven’t even said what item I wanted so I told her I wanted a Dr Pepper and a small blue frozen Fanta and she cuts me off again to yell to the back about if they have it and says we only have orange Fanta I said I was wanting a blue frozen slushy Fanta and she’s all “you ain’t never say you wanted it frozen”like yes I did and if you didn’t keep cutting people off speaking being worried about the previous customer who I had nothing to do with you would know that. I told her she just wanted to argue and I left. She argued back to everything I said like is that how you train your employees , to not listen to anything coming out of the customers mouth? Bc that’s what she just did. Get a new job if you hate yours so much.

I ordered a $5 meal deal through the drive thru .. not only did they tell me I couldn’t get a small shake and I had to get a medium or large which made me upset because i had just gotten a small shake from the same location earlier today . Once I got home I realized they only gave me 3 chicken nuggets & my McDouble was dry , so I called up there & some one by the name of jody who he claim to be the manager joked about the once nugget . I WONT BE RETURNING !

Very slow and did not complete my food order one of the worst McDonald's ive been to. McDonald's is a huge company amd these types of McDonald's are disappointment to the McDonald's company.

So a lady didn’t put my code in and she doing it to others and giving bad attitude when she gets caught cause I earned my reward for French fry and I don’t have a lot of money and she wanted me to pay for the french fry and not let me get my free French fry that I earned please find another McDonalds to go to at times likes this or when type of people are working at the moment

I'm an EMS worker who went in here. There was nobody inside the store. I was hoping to get a quick meal in between calls. There were several workers but none came to the counter to take my order. When I finally did order I used my points to get a sandwich. However after waiting 10 minutes again with no customers I got a call for service. I use my point however it was unable to order my sandwich at that time. After my call I went back in to get my sandwich. The staff and switch tried to help me who was African American started laughing at me and pointing. I asked for the manager who came up and redeemed my points and did give me a small discount. However I would never go back into this McDonald's again due to poor customer service. In addition the restaurant was dirty. Avoid this McDonald's
Waiting too long at drive thru to take order. Food was not fresh. As long as the wait is there should always be hot food especially the fries. If I don't feel the hotness coming from the bottom of my bag then I know it's not fresh. I sat in the drive thru she said wait a minute but the other drive thru was moving faster. Cars came up after me ordered their food before me. But my food is cold. Cookies was cold.

Messed up my sandwich and I put in a complaint online. Someone called from restaurant and got info and said they would call back and never did. The food looks and tasted like it sits around forever.

Waiting too long at drive thru to take order. Food was not fresh. As long as the wait is there should always be hot food especially the fries.
