Messed up my sandwich and I put in a complaint online. Someone called from restaurant and got info and said they would call back and never did. The food looks and tasted like it sits around forever.

Well it's like all the other McDonald's pretty much. If you want your cheese melted just tell them you want it melted like most restaurants you have to let him know the little details how you like their product best and they will do it as you want as you like. I personally don't eat much McDonald's. Their food is just about as good as any McDonald's. They do go up on their prices and products often I've noticed because of the area and constant taxes imposed in that area

I ordered two chicken deluxe combos, and both chickens were old cold dry and small, like a Mac chicken.

Came here for Hash Browns for my family and I. My initial impression of the place was that it looked quite nice, and well put together. The young lady in the drive through window (who was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt) was cordial at first, and asked me to pull forward, because they just dropped the Hash Browns. (No biggie, right?)

Well, lord forbid if you should ask for a cup of ice. I asked her how much it would be, she rolled her eyes, said it was free and walked off. I wasn't sure if I should continue waiting at this window, or pull forward, so I waited. She finally comes to the window, and drops the cup into my hand in such a way that she absolutely wanted to make sure I wasn't in contact with the cup at the same time she was, as if I was disgusting. (Rolling her eyes again.)

I pull forward to the next window to continue waiting for our Hash Browns, and it's a different young lady, yet sadly, just as rude, with horribly rude candor.

I thanked her regardless, and said I hoped she had a nice day in as polite a voice I could, and she just shot me daggers and walked off.

Will definitely continue driving just a bit further to another location. Read the other reviews, and it seems to be a pattern of rudeness with this location. So if you don't have the patience for rude people, (or are like me, and easy to bring to tears,) I suggest passing on this location.

I have never been to a fast food restaurant that takes this long. If you are the only person there it will still take them 5-10 minutes to bring you your food. I waited 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches this morning, before I had to just leave without the food to get to work on time.

The thing taking g orders and the other thing handing out the order were extremely rude. When asked if they only hired rude people to work here, I was met with a were not rude . No your just a nasty b. I will not be back I am so dine with rude customer service. You have one job.... if you can't or don't want to do it professionally then LEAVE!!!
