This McDonalds is closed for business. It has been closed since early 2023. It is a shame no one wants to work, they couldn't find the help to work to place.

Inside is closed. You have to place an order at the second window…What kind of McDonald’s can only handle one order at a time? This one!! Just close if that’s how you have to “function”. This isn’t a one time thing either, the second time I’ve been to this store where this was happening.

This MCO Donalds is by far the worst in Belleville. It kinda like you take what you get and if it wrong its wrong . I had a frappe the other evening on my way home . Stop to get one the next morning , all the sudden this location does not do frappes because they don't have a machine ? Funny I can see it from the counter smh . I think the new manager is really trying hard but I'll be take my business to the MC Donalds on 13 till service gets better and reviews reflect that.

Terrible service, I went in and used the bathroom, came out and was going to order a shake. There was 2 males in the lobby smoking pot, the female behind the counter told me she would not wait on me she was the only on there. I told her fine, went to leave and the door was locked. Really, at 1:40 pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday, definitely don’t recommend this McDonald’s.

Don’t come to this trash can! A girl with a ghetto tone literally said”We’re not taking any orders due to no workers.” gurl bye- I looked through the drive thru window legit saw 3 workers sitting in a circle. Looks like the manager wasn’t there so they took Advantage.
I went to this McDonalds to eat with my nine and 13 year old. The play place was closed. All the seats were on chairs. A person working there yelled use the kiosk. All the kiosk were in unavailable mode. This was at 6:15pm on a Sunday. Beautiful building total lack of service. We just left and never even got to order.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. I have had several bad experiences with them. It's mostly the workers and service. I avoid this location at all costs. The one by the old Kmart is close by and is leagues above this one as far as speed, accuracy, service, and food quality are concerned. Do not recommend this one at

I continued to give this location numerous chances and they consistently gave me no reason to ever come back. Rude, inappropriate behavior from the employees. Hollering at each other in front of customers, never have ice cream or frappes available, I guess it’s too much trouble. Oh, and I guess they can bring their children to work?. Kids running around everywhere, behind the counters, in the kitchen. It’s like nothing I have ever seen. And this is not just something that happened one time. I have been back several times thinking it was just a one and done. But nope. Its always something. Lines in drive through are ridiculous and take forever. People are constantly driving off including myself. Lobby doors are always locked but their are kids running around and employees sitting at the tables!!!!! I have been told a few times their systems are down and they are only serving soda. (which is obviously not the case) makes no sense. If your system is down how do you sell anything. Idk who owns this particular store or who is managing it but it is a disgrace. Someone needs to get in there and fix the mess. I don’t know if it’s possible to run a McDonald’s into the ground, but if it is, they are well on the way. Go to the Swansea location! It’s like night and day.
