Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Couldn’t pull out because you get trapped in the lane. Avoid and go to Burger King. Employees are clearly lost, not trained at all. Our whole order was wrong even though I told them at the drive through and window. Definitely worst McDonalds I have ever been at.

I rarely eat our in Shiloh/O'Fallon area because of the kid's they have working at these fast food places the food and service standards are terrible. The food and customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life and we travel a lot. I ordered dinner for my husband and I since I had a long day at work and errands after work. At 9 pm I went to McDonald's to order food and went all the way home and they gave me a flattened cheeseburger 🍔 and tried to say their machine is broken and that's why it's that flattened the quarter pounder! Lol.....I DID NOT ORDER A CHEESEBURGER! I ORDERED A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. THEY TRIED TO PASS A HAMBURGER AS A QUARTER POUNDER. No ma'am, No my dear McDonald's was my first job and I have six kid's and I have eaten a lot of McDonald's in my 49 years! I know people that own McDonald's. This is not my first rodeo. I know what a quarter w/cheese is. I took the food back and the manager on duty gave me a full refund. This right here is another reason I do not take my family out to fast food. We go to the restaurants in the area instead. I provided pictures so y'all can see. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow morning! This is not okay. Wasting my time, energy, gas, wear and tear on my vehicle! I hope you change your staff and get people that really want and need to work. I ce home and had cereal for dinner. From someone that works in HR down the street from this McDonald's. It's a shame these days restaurants just hire anybody just to fill a position.

Employees acted like ordering the advertised special made their brains glitch. Apparently two drive thru lanes are too much for them to manage. I expected mess when my car, the car ahead of me, AND the car behind me were asked to pull over because managing drive thru times is beyond the staff’s comprehension. The filet o fish buns were hard and chewy, and they did not include cheese. The low amount I spent is the only reason I’m leaving this review instead of just filing a charge back. But hopefully their track record is well documented and future customers won’t be so understanding.

Put a mobile order in at 10:17 that was accepted and paid $72 for it. Pulled up at 10:30 to pick up order that should have already been ready and they said they were no longer serving breakfast because it was 10.30 exactly. I went inside just to get receipt proof I would get my refund at least but they also said they were unable to provide that. I told them that it’s quite ridiculous they can’t provide me with my food or proof that I’ll receive a refund. And the manager began to laugh at me with his workers and say that I don’t understand how it works and I contact corporate. The manager was a white gentleman with red hair that talks at people and over them not to them, I didn’t get a name but incredibly unprofessional. I just wanted proof I would get my refund.

The location need someone with experience to deal with the consumer.And letting lazy kids or teenagers runs a place with no experience and good attitudes i don't want to mention no names but that location hopefully is not going to be like popeyes.....

This location wasn't too bad...My daughter got a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal and got my friend medium fries...She said the fries were over salted...We took some napkins and fixed that

Via the app I accidentally added a deal to get a free Big Mac on an in store purchase when I meant to do an in app order — when I canceled to add the deal to the in app order, the deal timer did not reset and said that I needed to wait 15 minutes which I didn’t have time for on my lunch break. This was incredibly frustrating and I didn’t end up getting any food
