Via the app I accidentally added a deal to get a free Big Mac on an in store purchase when I meant to do an in app order — when I canceled to add the deal to the in app order, the deal timer did not reset and said that I needed to wait 15 minutes which I didn’t have time for on my lunch break. Ordered steak egg n cheese bagel and an egg and cheese bagel. Got 2 bacon egg and cheese. Went in to get corrected and got an egg n cheese no sauce. Advised I wanted sauce and was told by manager the egg and cheese doesn't come with sauce ...I guess manager needs to learn the menu. From Google: the egg and cheese bagel comes with a folded egg and cheese on a toasted bagel WITH a creamy breakfast sauce. Please retrain your staff. I shouldn't be given an attitude and told something doesn't come on the sandwich when it's literally the only thing I eat now from McDonald's!!! Do better especially in the attitude part, don't give attitude when you're WRONG!!! I'll never go to this McDonald's again off Greenmount Road. Beware as a lot of breakfast orders were incorrect this morning!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. My experience with the staff was horrible. She was very curt and I felt like I was a bother to her. With the kiosk your service level has gone downhill. Even the interaction when the order was ready was lacking. A robot would have been more interactive. They just put food on the counter and said order. Drinks came about 2 or 3 minutes later and the person said “drinks.” I may never go to another McDonald’s. I have talked to others in the area and I hear that they hate this location and it’s poor service. I am seeking other breakfast options.

Just look at the reviews. That speaks for itself. Stay away from this place. I used the mobile McDonald app that they advertise and did a curbside order. 15 minutes after checking in nobody came out to give me my order. So I went inside and it was just sitting there on the counter. Cold food because of lazy incompetent employees. Stay far away. There’s a reason why they only have 2 stars out of 5
What's up with the watered down iced coffee?? Two days in a row and I'm getting iced coffee that tastes and looks like there is hardly any coffee in it. Fix your shit McDonald's!!

I understand dinner rushes. I really do, but 0 care or give a damn was given about our food. My fiance and I ordered 4 total sandwiches. 2 mcribs, a triple cheese, and a quarter pounder. You'd think when you pull into a spot they would bring it out hot. No big deal. But when it was brought out the person on staff wasn't able to identify both bags of food causing confusion. Then proceeded to just "drop" it in the window. If you're in a pinch and need something now. Sure it's worth it. If not? Drive a few miles to the next one.

Took 5 mins for someone to even come take my order, all the employees were just standing around talking not doing anything.. they didn't pay attention to what orders they gave ppl. Worst service I've ever had.. will not be coming back here.
