Our non-profit organization ordered lunch for all of our volunteers, and 3 of the sandwiches were wrong, with chipotle, and none of them were ordered with it, there was a salad completely missing. All of this after repeating the order 5 times to the person running drive thru orders. You need to train your staff better on how to take orders. Absolutely disappointing to not receive what people had ordered with how expensive it is to eat there. Not worth the price to get the wrong things.

I love a good bagel. Theirs are pretty good. I wish there were actually more bagel options around but this is good.

They really need to renovate their building though. Carpet is really bad. Bench seating is mostly all cracked and peeling.

I go here semi frequently and I do love it ! The staff are great and the food is too, even if expensive.

I come here all the time. Accidentally made a rapid pickup order to this store instead of the one I was near. They were nice enough to issue a refund even though it was totally my error, which I really appreciated

I noticed in general that service at Panera has gone down since covid, so I don't eat here much. But work gives us gift cards for our birthday. This is one of my local stores. This place needs a deeeeep clean. The carpet is disgusting. There is trash under the benches, the glass windows and doors look like the haven't been cleaned in a long while. I'm hoping my stomach has the fortitude to survive the avocado blt I ordered. Edit: ate the sandwich--mostly fine. Lettuce had wilted black spots, a few chunks of avocado, and for some reason this had cheese on it. Don't remember cheese being on this one.

They gave me someone else's Rapid Pickup order, and then I waited for quite a while for my actual food. It turns out they had given several people the wrong food items and we're struggling to make sense of it. The gentleman in charge was all over the place and seemed to be scatterbrained trying to fix it all

Unable to order at the kiosk. No one showed up to the counter until after I called out 3 times. The item I ordered wasn't correct.

This was a very good experience, if you come here I would definitely recommend the Mac n cheese and the strawberry poppy seed salad.

I give up on this place! I ordered 2 full size chicken Cesar salads. I was told they were out of croutons. I said ok (I had some at home) I asked for baguettes. Went through drive through. Price was low but I had seen a deal buy one get one for $5 so I thought oh good I got the deal. Went to window got the receipt two 1/2 size salads. Then the gal put chips in bag instead of the bread. I stopped her and she said we are out of baguettes. Frustrated I pulled away and went home. For a $9 salad there was very little lettuce. I asked for extra salad dressing because typically they give me about a tablespoon. Sure enough no extra salad dressing and about a teaspoon full in the cup. Seriously!!!! I use to go about once a week then the price went up so it was about once a month or less. I quit going because of nonsense like this. Tonight was the final hoorah. Perhaps a lack of help or good help. The last time it took forever to get them to take my order then I got to the window and after the guy took my payment he then went to go make my salads. There was no line tonight …perhaps this is why! You may want to try a different location!

I went in this evening to pick up a drink, and it was not busy at all. But apparently they were too busy to clean up the spill in front of the fountain drinks. There was water that was a few inches deep! My toddler fell on her butt in the water and my feet got soaking wet, trying to find a lid for my cup. There was a worker there with a mopping bucket, but no signs and in no hurry to clean it up! and when I asked him what happened he got the weirdest attitude with me and talk to me like I was a child Even throwing his hands in the air at me!!It was the strangest thing he was Beyond rude and annoyed that I even questioned why there was water on the ground I guess. All I can say is this place was disgusting!! My feet are a sticky mess. My daughter is a sticky mess and it will not be a place that I'll eat or Grab a drink out again!!

Probably shouldn’t sell a strawberry caprese salad if you’ve run out of strawberries.
