What is going on with the drive thru line? You guys really need to pull people up or around when they have a large order. It backs the entire line up

I was wondering 🤔 if you have to pay extra for silverware? Because this is like the 3rd time that we have not received silverware in the bag at Belleville Crossing Panera. I guess we should check our orders when we get our order...

The drive-through is closed WAY too much! We put in an order through the pick up app and the drive-through is literally closed at 11:07 AM on a Saturday morning. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered twice this week and both times was very disappointing. First visit I placed an order online well over an hour before pickup and was still 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. Second order this week they messed up my sandwich and also gave me the wrong soup.

They are slow for Doordash but when I eat there I don't mind the wait. Food is always good.

Staff is always super friendly when I dine in.

Food is fine. Atmosphere, I mean it's a Panera so take that for what you will. Their drive thru is religiously closed though, sucks catass.

Excellent customer service. They got my special request for different bread wrong at first but were very nice and efficient at fixing the error. Gabby was especially helpful. Food was tasty and service was great and quick. Restaurant was clean and looked nice.

The spicy chicken fiata sandwich and caesar salad was best meal. Service was good. I enjoyed my lunch. I will come back and try more new items on meau!

The cashier Aja is helpful and pleasant. The doors, floors, windows and bathrooms are clean. The food is delicious as usual.
