Ordered on line to pick up thru drive thru. Went through drive thru told to pull around. Waited 10 minutes no one ever came out. Had to go inside to track it down. Only a salad. Pick up was for 3:15. Finally left at 3:30. At least the salad was good.

I moved back to Illinois recently and I discovered the panera bread company at Belleville crossing while out getting chicken from Popeyes near there. I went in for lunch and I ordered the pickk two soup and salad. I always get the French onion soup and fuji apple salad. Neither was the same. The French onion soup onions are no longer in strips, but squares with no flavor. The salad was "light on the salad and salad dressing. I guess I'll be going back to the panera in St Louis Louis for my pick two next time!

I had stomach surgery and could eat very little, and they made my order how I wanted it. I had my first coffee after weeks, and I got a decaf latte coffee. The staff are amazing.

Worst Customer Service. 8 missing items from my order. Called the store. Offered me a drink coupon for over $20 of missing food! Ordered 2 bowls of soup, did not get bread with the soup, did not get spoons for the soup. When I called they asked " did you ask for spoons tho?" Did not get the chips to go with my sandwiches. So when you go here and order soup I was told you have to ask for a spoon, ( I guess if you order a salad you will need to ask for a fork otherwise it would be the customers fault). Sandwiches do not come with the chips unless you tell them. Bread does not come with soup unless you tell them. Missing nearly half of my order and they offer me a free drink coupon?.... Also missing my bagels, cookie and cream cheese. They said mam you were not charged for a cream cheese. I said but when she repeated my order at the drive up she stated my cream cheese so in my mind I was getting a cream cheese. They said mam you did not order the cream cheese, I said isn't the purpose of repeating back the order for accuracy purposes? I was told no not really. This is pathetic. Do not insult me and offer a free drink coupon for $20 of missing food. I will not let them get by with this. Taking it to the top.

It is a very cozy place to hook up with friends or just by yourselves. We had excellent service. The squash soup was very good. Love that there is an ethnicity of employees there.

Poorly run Panera's, sandwich guy would not give me a pickle w/half sandwich. Nothing was stocked or cleaned there. Will drive to O'Fallon location from now on.

The workers very careless packed our food.. My sandwich was not even wrapped and a lot of it spilled into the bag. My fiancé is a vegetarian and parts of my sandwich which contained meat spilled out onto his. They also didn’t even wrap a bakery item we got. Very disappointed! What a mess!!!

Ask for the exact opposite of what you want and you'll be golden. Want toasted? It won't be. Want Asiago Bread? They'll be out of it. Order soup? NO BAGUETTES FOR YOU! Always out of something, and never give you what you order.

I have recieved spoiled or rotten food on 3 different occassions. The first time was a sandwich with a rotten avacado in it. The second time was brocolli cheddar soup that was clearly spoiled and separating in the bowl. Finally, I just got a tub of cream cheese that had an off putting smell and tasted spoiled. I typically love panera and have great experiences at other locations. I try to not order from this location but the problem is that it's the closest to where I live. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and drive to a different location with fresher ingredients and food.

The broccoli cheddar soup was not very good. The consistency of the soup was not the usual. Very watered-down. It was not creamy at all. I've had this soup many times and this was a first. Hopefully next time I get it, it will be better.

Child that waited on me was rude and very unhelpful. Never thanked me for me Business and when I told her thanks she smirked.

My wife loves the Sesame Asian Chicken salad. I usually get soup and a sandwich. We've never been disappointed there.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices for vegetarians.Parking: Big parking area.Kid-friendliness: I does have a small kids menu. Of course, kids love the bakery items.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible.
