Ordinarily we haven't had issues. While the delivery driver was awesome, even post mistake...it's obvious our food sat for longer than should have been acceptable, on top of that not to order. Manager was wrong on the phone and honestly, we should have had a refire versus our food sitting getting cold. No blame on the delivery driver...great person. Ownership is on management and the handling of the order.

I ordered my pizzas with extra sauce every time and well done because they simply don't put any sauce on their pizza. Usually that works except for today my pizza is just well done with no sauce. Too expensive to have this kind of experience. There's no sense in calling because you can't get through to the store and you get someone that doesn't speak English well. Will not call in an order. Call centers suck! This location is gone downhill over the past 6 months.
Awful experience, we placed an order and it never came and we had to DRIVE TO THE STORE for our damn pizza to which they gave me it for free. I hate ordering here even when my husband knows he gets free pizza for life here I ALWAYS talk him out of it. Rather go to imos they're nice and they deliver.

They messed up my order (as always), when i called the get it fixed the manager was extremely rude with a smart mouth. I made a complaint online, THEY CALLED ME BACK and got smart with me about making a complaint. This is the worse PapaJohns ever smh.
