So these people are really rude. if you have an issue and try explaining it then they get an attitude about what your telling them then they like to say they don't have an attitude as the cut me off and proceed to yell at me for me trying to get a messed up order fixed. Wrote to corporate and will soon be talking to the owner. These people shouldn't be running any company ever.

They are always quick with your food. I will order on the App, get the kids and I in the car and drive to the store and they will have it done before I arrive 95% of the time. I only live about 8min or so from the restaurant.

The manager on duty was exceptionally rude and sarcastic. We will not be using this store location any more. I would rather drive out of my way to pick up them to patron this location again.

When I first moved to town 10 years ago, this place was a disaster. However, the past several years it’s become outstanding, one of the better locations I deal with anywhere. The manager, Mariah has really turned this place around and they don’t have a bunch of crap employees like they used to or the other bs.
It’s gone from “oh F no” to “absolutely” when considering ordering food from here. Glad it’s out here.

So sad to post this review. Three extremely bad experiences on line ordering. Papa John’s used to be customer friendly. I don’t mind if under-staffing causes delays. That’s understandable. But rude manager Jessica literally hung up on me tonight for asking when my pizza (due at 6:10 per Their estimate) might arrive. Was told she is not in charge of IT dept & I could “take it or cancel it” in 90 mins more. She then hung up on me after saying that me calling caused her to “not make pizzas for everyone else”. Just a simple im sorry or we’re trying hard would have done the trick. I used to represent PJs at my old law firm & had brand loyalty. Jessica in west bville killed that tonight.

So I came to Papa Johns in belleville to order pizza and I was standing in the store watching through the window as most people do, and 1 of the employees named Jessica was very rude, she actually told me to stop staring because I was making her uncomfortable. Well she made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed me infront of other customers that were all doing the same thing. Some people should really not work the public. This person is always rude, and not just to me I have seen her ne this way with other customers and the other employees that work there.

We ordered from Papa John's often. This most recent time, we ordered pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was crunchy, and the delivery driver claimed to have no change so instead of a $5 tip, we were forced to give him a $10 tip. When we went to talk to the store manager, she told us there was nothing she could do and she didn't care to do anything. She then threatened to call the police. I have no desire to eat there again.
