They are so helpful in order online usually and forgot to place my card number in and called up there and they were happy to help then a time I ordered carryout and my car wouldn't start and they allowed me to change it from that to delivery !!! Love it so much respect and curiosity!

Placed an online order on 6/30 and my order was messed up. Called and I was told they could not send out a correct order because they were short drivers and they gave my order to doordash to deliver for them. Will who said he was the manager stated that I could get my order replaced free on another date and that he would have everything saved under my number. Called today and he got upset that I tried to redeem my order and left me on hold for 6 minutes. I called back and he kept hanging up on me so I went to the store. When I arrived he snapped on me very aggressively. I called corporate and was told that he was not listed as a manager and of course apologized for Will's behavior. They gave me my order number and said for him to look it up and he snapped again. I definitely can buy what I want but I obviously refuse to spend my money or allow someone so irate to fix my food. Corporate claims they will handle it but at this point I'm good with never giving my money to this chain!

Was there 5/23/24. 2 white women working. Both rude. Sauce shamed me. I have never gotten bad pizza from papa John's till yesterday. They didn't cook it right. They barely put toppings on the pizza. It was awful. The only thing good was the garlic knots and it was on time. But that's bc they didn't cook the pizza. I deserve a $60 refund bc it went into the trash.Sad thing is I think one of them was a manager? Not sure. But they're not doing things right there at all.
Closed early and the worker purposely ignored me standing at the door to pick up my order even though I could see my pizza box on the shelf and I was there 20 mins before close. The open sign was still on

HOW ABOUT NOT CHARGING FOR THE SAUCE CUPS, IF YOURE GOING TO FORGET THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME.AND TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO DRIVE BETTER.FED UP. Finna go talk to papa john my self at this point.NEWSFLASH** if you dont charge for your sauce cups we will be less likely to be upset when you forget them EVERY SINGLE TIME LITERALLY. Probably have been robbed in about $20 WORTH OF JUST SAUCE CUPS
