Fantastic calzone that was overshadowed by the doordash scam.
I ordered through the Papa Vitos website who then sent the order to doordash for delivery. When my order was delivered it was missing the toasted ravioli. After attempting to call the restaurant they told me that I have the following options.
They'd give me a free order of it next time I ordered.
I would need to contact doordash to get it figured out.
Or I would need to come to the store to pick it up as they could not refund me.
After contacting door dash they stonewalled me saying that my only recourse was contacting the restaurant. This is due to Papa Vitos being the one who actually placed the order with doordash, not me.
I live 9 hours away from here so a future order doesnt work.
I don't have the option to get out to the restaurant to pick it up tonight. That's why I ordered delivery.
My only option was to just eat the charge.
If I were able to get refunded for the missing item I would order pick-up or dine in if I were able to come back to the area! But due to the doordash scam, I will never eat here again and be recommending everyone I know to do the same. The person we talked to on the phone told us she put the order together herself and forgot to add the ravioli.
Just have to clarify this as well, that was the best calzone I have ever had. But since I have to eat the $10 loss from something that is entirely their fault, I will not be going here again. Essentially I paid a $10 delivery fee, $15 dollar tip, and an extra $10 for an item I didn't receive, I feel like I was scammed out of $35 with no recourse.

West end, the crust was old frozen crust that was chewy and stale. Super rude manager.

Another one of those places that I've never been disappointed in the food. The portion sizes for a lot of items are large enough I have a second full meal to take home with me and everything I've tried is delicious! The whole family loves coming here!

Typically no issues and don't mean to be a Karen. Called via phone to place an order on 11/24 for a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Canadian Bacon pizza.
-both the pizzas were sloppy on the toppings far as "spreading" em out. -received a BBQ chicken pizza, which the woman had repeated over the phone as their Buffalo Chicken when confirming the order. -The receipt did say a BBQ chicken pizza the woman rang it in for, I just did not check the line items when signing for carryout. Bit disappointed. -T-ravs were also burnt :(

I always order online. I've been getting the Pretty Pizza for the entire 5/6 years I've lived here. maybe in the past year, I've intermittently ordered a 1/2 PP and 1/2 BBQ. Somehow my order didn't come out right today. Is the app glitchy? Staff said the second half wasn't even selected, so THEY chose cheese pizza for me. not really happy. My number was available. Couldn't someone have CALLED me before making this? I'm taking a break from your establishment.

The pizza here is good, but it’s expensive compared to a lot of others in the area, some of which are better too. I’ve always had good service here the few times I went, I just don’t think the pizza is good enough to warrant the extra money.

I’ve been eating at Papa Vito’s in Smithton and Belleville at least once a week for a little over a year because I loved how large their regular salads were. When I would get them to-go at both places I always got the large square box packed full that would be almost the amount as if I went in to eat. I loved that because I could split that into two lunches for myself. However today I went to Belleville to order one to-go and they brought me the half sized box (which is about the size of their lunch salad, that I have ordered before). When I said something about it, because I paid for the full. I was told that was the right box and a man from the back came out and told me they don’t give the large boxes for salads. He also said they never do which I knew from personal experience that was not right. They dumped the small sized salad into the larger box and sent me on my way. So I definitely over paid for a lunch sized salad. Almost $15 for a half salad. My recommendation is that if you can’t eat in, don’t bother…but for me, I can just take my money and eat somewhere else.
