The employees of this certain Penn Station are always so welcoming and nice, showcase a good work ethic, and are good and quick at their jobs. I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this staff is the real deal. Thank you guys for your hard work and friendly faces.

First stopped at Captain D's but no one was wearing gloves and the place was really dirty so I walked over to pen station instead. The employee taking orders was very rude and rushing. She wouldn't listen to half the things I said because she kept trying to talk over me. Then while eating my sub I noticed NOBODY HAD GLOVES ON. Outrageous price for a contaminated sandwich, will not be back.

this was my first time ordering from penn station (online order), and it will be my last. I purchased a Ruben sub for about 15.00. I picked it up at their drive thru and went right home, about 4 miles. the first thing I noticed, one end of the sub was WET/SOGGY. so I started eating from the other end. the sub was absolutely tasteless. I couldn't even taste the saurkraut (spell check). half way through the sub, i had to throw it away. that might, i started to feel sick, then I got diarrhea and severe nausea. I was actually sick for 2 days. I do not recommend penn station.

I have gone to this Penn Station for 5 years, since I moved to Swansea. Tonight I did an online order and ordered the veggie sandwich with Provolone, as I have innumerable times. I even clicked the reorder button. What I opened when I got home was a bread and cheese sandwich. When I called to inquire a lady got on the phone whi was immediately confrontational stating I had ordered it that way. I tried to explain multiple times that I had ordered the sandwich online that way multiple times and never had an issue, but she did not care and immediately told me she would not remake the sandwich, even though I had not asked her to. It is the rudeness and refusal to listen that I leave this review and will be going back to the O'Fallon Penn Station
It should be criminal that there’s a “reorder” option, but it clears any previous additions. I can’t have my phone at work so I quickly stepped outside to order a previous sub and something for my husband for him to grab for us before I got off work. When I came home, I realized the mistake so I called to see if they’d be willing to remake my sub since it’s the same price online whether I order one addition or 6 additions but they said no. And offered to remake my sub for full price. The person I spoke to was really sweet but this “reorder” option should be fixed and I have a picture of what it should have populated to compared to what it added. Which was literally bread and cheese. I ordered bread and cheese for $8.
Placed an online order at 1252pm. Arrived at drive-thru at 107pm, didn't get food until 155pm.No apologies from manager who was supposed to be on grill according to the worker I spoke too. Horrible experience for two sandwiches, Manager needs to be Demoted if he can't provide great customer service and make a sandwich. It's called (Multi-Tasking)..Why, He responded with empty promises. FREE SUB COUPONS!!
Absolutely amazing!

No hair nets are worn by male or female staff while preparing food. Witness employees multi tasking with the same plastic gloves as used to make food. Unsanitary!!!! Also by the look and sound of things they are short staffed so the work environment is hostile between the workers in front of the customers. Also witnessed an employee get upset when another customer asked of that person to change his gloves after scratching his face with the gloves he was preparing Food with at the time. Was there a manager on shift yes…with super long hair making sandwiches (no hair net) with an attitude.
Hands down the best Italian sub around. The staff was professional and courteous and the atmosphere was good. Will be a repeat customer.
This place serves the best sandwiches. Hot or cold.
The chocolate cookies are soooo good. The staff there is very friendly and helpful with my orders.
Very clean as well.
Parking: They have a drive thru as well.

This was my first time trying Penn Station and I was very optimistic because the pictures in other reviews looked pretty good. I was however severely disappointed. I place my order online for just simple cheasesteak with only mayo and cheese, with fries and a drishowthe pickup went pretty smoothly but that was about the only good part of this experience. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich I discovered a dry, bare sandwich that was so unapetizing. They didn't add the cheese (one of the only 3 ingredients requested). The meat was dry and shriveled up. This was inedible. Mind you, they were not visibly busy when I arrived. In fact, there was only one other person there. At this point I decided that if they couldn't get such a simple sandwich right then it wasn't worth a remake and I'd rather just have my money back for the sandwich. I called the store to inquire about that process which seemed to cause much confusion for the worker who answered. She had to ask her manager on duty if that was an option and how that would work. The answer I was given in the end is that they don't have the ability to refund only orders in store so they would have to send the information to a higher up manager to get it processed within 3-5 business days. This seemed like quite a lengthy process for a measly $8 so I decided it would just go back to the store and have them remake it. Easy enough. When I entered the store this time however, I was not greeted in any way. The manager avoided even acknowledging I was there. The only thing she said to me was that they didn't need the sandwich that I brought back and to throw it away. To be very clear, I was in no way rude over the phone or in person either time. I was very polite in describing my displeasure with the sandwich and my confusion about the refund process. It felt like a very dramatic response for the manager to be so unpleasant and rude. It's really not that serious. I just wanted a sandwich that would be edible. I will not be going here again and I suggest you don't either.

Came in for a pick up order that sadly didn’t go through the system but the young lady working at ab 9:15 Friday night was so nice and accommodating regardless of the situation. It seemed like she’s had a long night but she still was so kind and nice. 10/10 will definitely be back. It’s nice to see kind people working in fast food still.
