I ordered a pizza at 5:19pm its 9:09 and im still getting text messages that my order is still trying to be delivered. Call center customer service GARBAGE...store customer service TRASH...I was told they had no delivery drivers by the call center..finally get someone from the store he says he is a delivery driver...he just clocked in and my order was next up...hr goes by..still no pizza...finally get a human in the store again and she tells me my order was stolen by door dash. I asked the call center to cancel my order at 7 something...it was never canceled..I asked the human in the store to cancel at 8 something...still receiving text that now pizza hut is delivering my pizza. Whole time i just ordered from Dominos...cuz pizza hut is fos

Pizza Hut is great, not because they're delivering some kind of unparalleled pizza experience, rather they're a decent pizza at a good price. I grew up with Pizza Hut so of course I have a healthy dose of nostalgia with them, so I'm a little biased here.

Came in to order a personal pan 🍕 for take out. Asked about how long would take. Guy said like 15 minutes so at 15 minutes the guy comes to me and all he said was that they had to remake my 🍕 . Really?! Why?! So 48 mins for a personal pan 🍕! I even had to seek them out and ask about it! 😡 đŸ˜©

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCAITON. I ordered three pizzas and bread sticks for delivery. They forgot a pizza. Fine, no big deal I guess. Called up, they sent another. Driver got here and needed $18. We were told this might happen and called back. Over 15 calls, I was patched to the call center 12 times. The three times I got the store they hung up on me as I explained the situation. Absolutely bizarre behavior. This is fairly high level incompetence and poor business sense. I am truly blown away. Stay far away from this dumpster fire of a location. Maybe they will close and we can get a real pizza restaurant in there. Pizza world is across the street. Might be more expensive, but at least you'll get what you pay for. Oh, and when you call Pizza World, they answer. Screw you Pizza Hut!

 I reached out Jennifer Schultz the General Manager herself and she hung up on me. Because she doesn’t want to honor a promotional code that your company and t mobile came up with. Again work on your communication skills with your staff starts up top.

A few weeks ago I posted a scathing review of this location. I am pleased to see how much better everything is running. The feeling of the place is much improved under this manager. Lobby is clean and tidy, bathrooms smell good, food is appetizing and fresh. Employees move with more confidence, kitchen sounds like a team. Well done. Eat here. If you had a bad, give this location another try.

After a long week of travel, I placed an online order at 7:42 PM while most of my family was asleep. The estimated delivery time was 8:07 PM with clear instructions: “Do not knock, leave at door.” I ordered one medium and one large pizza, along with breadsticks and marinara.

Not only was the order late (arrived at 8:29 PM—nearly twice the expected time for a location less than 3 miles away), but it also appears they placed a medium pizza in a large box. As shown in the picture, there’s even a medium slice sitting on top of another pizza that’s the exact same size, supposedly the large one.

The breadsticks came with only one small (2.5 oz) marinara cup, and it wasn’t even half full—barely enough for a single breadstick. On top of that, the “hand-tossed” pizza was thinner than a frozen Jack’s thin crust. Ironically, the thick crust pizza was about as thick as a proper hand-tossed should be.

Very disappointed—especially for a $40+ order. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and probably not from Pizza Hut at all.
