Not impressed with the buffet since it reopened. We went for my son's birthday. There was 3 supreme pizzas out. I asked for a pepperoni. He told me they are "on rotation" and he doesnt have any control over what comes out. There was another couple with three kids waiting on the same thing. 40 minutes and $50 something later as we're walking out the door, out comes a pepperoni. My granddaughter and absolutely NOTHING. My youngest son filled up on breadsticks. And my other son ate about a half cup worth of pasta. Total waste of money. Family used to go about 3 days a week before Covid. And what happened to the icing on the cinnasticks??? They were pretty bad too.

WORST buffet ever, at 10.99 each! We got there over an hour before it ended, and 3 pizzas were brought out to a room FULL of people. Everything else was stale! Huge waste of money. SMH!

We were thrilled to learn that our king time favorite Pizza Hut opened their dining room after several years. We missed the dining in experience. Although we had a minor issue last week, today, the manager quickly addressed it ams made it right. Kudos to her! As always the pizza buffet was outstanding as was the customer service!

When you don’t tip you get ugly reactions and poor quality..when you tip they take 2 hours to bring you your food. No apology, no credit, no explanation.. just late , cold food! This is my last time ordering from this establishment because it’s always something with them! You call they say they’ll credited your account and then boom no credit! My son fries cold and soggy! Food needs reheated. At least could be warm! Just close the dang place at this point!

Short and simple= Trash Comments= How do you make a pizza raw and burnt with no sauce at the same time? That doesn't make senses. They need to get rid of lazy workers who don't want to be there and hire people who do. Waste my hard working money.

This place should stop pretending to be a restaurant. The pizza never arrived at the table and the dining room was very cold. We left without eating because an hour was not enough time for the staff to make and serve a single topping pizza. I also have never been to a pizza place that ran out of sausage before 6pm on a Friday. Overall this is a negative star review, as my toddlers have better service in their play kitchen in my basement. Don't try to eat at this pizza hut you'll just leave upset and hungry with a bad excuse as to why they can't serve pizza.
Had the displeasure of ordering a personal pizza, personal pizza combo meal with wings and a drink, and separate order of bone in wings from this location.
When our driver arrived 25 minutes later (a doordasher even though we did not order through them) she informed us she did not receive a drink with the order. Because there is no picture proof required, there is no proof of what was and wasn’t delivered. Which would have come in handy when we also discovered we only had one personal pizza and not the other.
I immediately try to call the store and of course they do not answer after 4 separate calls. The last call’s automatic voicemail informed us the store was now apparently closed even though it was only 11:10pm. All I wanted was my food and would have settled for a redelivery. Instead, I get my money taken, shortage of my order, and no chance at same night redelivery. I would have been better off ordering through DoorDash who would have saw the picture proof and immediately refunded me. I will be awaiting the store contacting me to resolve this issue.
