I absolutely loved my large original deep dish pepperoni. It’s like the personal pan pizza that I got as a kid but the big boy version. The manager Tonya was kind and demonstrated professionalism in her customer service skills. All of these other reviews seem a little petty. This is a Pizza Hut, not a sit down steakhouse. FYI, there is no indoor seating, they’ve got some chairs to wait, but if it’s early enough, you can go browse at the Goodwill next door. I’ve been a long time Pizza Hut fan and this location delivered. A+ would recommend (period)

Customer service horrible and pizza was overcooked but Manager stated unable to return due to placing wring order online and not able to return or pay the difference for the pizza I wanted. Had to purchase a whole nother pizza. Kitchen trash slow sevice.

The tavern pizza is like eating burnt cardboard. Just terrible. Will never order Pozza Hut Again.
I randomly try this location every few months in hopes that they get my order right. They NEVER do. The last order was a simple box with white sauce instead of red and I always order a side of bbq. I said the colors of the sauces instead of creamy garlic and marinara because how do you mix up those colors??? At least this time, I did get my dipping sauces for my cinnamon sticks and bread sticks, but they never give me the side of bbq that I paid extra for. They gave me maybe 7 mushrooms on the pizza and I never get the extra sauce I ask for. 2 orders ago, they emailed and said they gave me a $15 credit, but when I called the store and customer service, they said the credit was nonexistent. The only reason I wasted my time ordering from them was because Domino's delivery time was over an hour. The only thing ok about this restaurant is the delivery guy. The employees need a course on how to read the order print outs. I literally threw my entire box away. Another $20 wasted from this location.

Customer service has gone down hill drastically, Staff sound like they hate life or like it's an inconvenience any time you call to place an order. I order the same thing every time I call and the price is always different because they use door dash drivers to deliver food. Quality of the food has drastically gone down hill too.. I've paid for a pile of grease basically the last 2 times Ives ordered and this last time I ordered the food never even showed up. Imos picked up the slack though and came through with a pretty tasty pep and bacon
