Gave them a hundred dollar bill to pay for my food it was just under $25 instead of saying can’t change the bill looked right at me and said I can only give you $60 back because that’s all we have. Was in total disbelief the stupidity there is amazing after canceling just wanted back my money (mind you wasn’t even given change yet) took 20 minutes to get the bill back
Might as well close it honestly the place is filthy and employees are rude and not to bright
Worst customer service!! Waited 30+ minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. When we asked, we were told 5 more minutes (after 20 already). The workers were rude and unfriendly. Never even apologized for the wait, just threw the bags through the car window and walked away. We were not the only ones waiting others were clearly annoyed as well. And to top it off everything was cold and inedible. We will not be patronizing this chain anymore. DONE.
