My three-piece meal came from a very underfed and tiny chicken that must have been akin to fowl nobility due to the price.

This one is bad. Inconsistent service and long wait times. Never got my money back when my order was wrong. Was offered a coupon that I wasn’t able to redeem. Apparently the restaurant wont give cash refunds. I’m done with this popeyes i’ll rather drive farther than to go back. Came back months later place service still sucks ass

I gave them a one star because they wouldn't let me give zero Stars they move slow nothing is stopped up they're out of everything they just look at the tickets and don't make the food they need a manager really bad

I was hungry for a chicken sandwich, so here I go. Went to drive up and ordered and was told exact change or credit card only. Here we go...drove up to window and bill was $5.44. I had $5.45, no problem. After a few minutes, I was told to pull forward. No problem. A few more minutes and I was told to go back around the building to the window again to get a refund. No chicken sandwiches. I backed up to the window since no one was behind me. The manager came to window and asked if she could help me. I was told to come here to get a refund. So, I was given $5.44(I am thinking theft!!) She then proceeded to get frustrated and angry, but did then give me all my money back. I wasn't going to let her get away with it. My first observation was pulling into the parking lot with no cars parked or no one in the drive up lane. I should have just aborted this place. What a piece of crap for a restaurant. I hope this goes up the ladder to corporate and they can decide some action for this place. Totally discusseding.
Won't go there again and I recommend that you don't either. Oh, this was at 11:30am peak lunch time. I had to add at least 1 star for this to get posted. But in all reality, it should be negative star(s).

Super Slow service, the sauce on the wings was only on 1 wing, the other box was just drizzled with the sauce. Pretty sloppy. Pretty slow. Pretty rude. Won't be coming back.

Order food all the time and it's never ready , I was told my food was going to be ready an hour ago

Poor service lady on her phone at front counter waited 30 mins for a Mac&cheese and drink

I went to popeyes at 2:59 pm on 2-26-2025 the girls who took my order they were very rude.
Didn't have change. Food was horrible

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through the app. When we arrived it took over 10 minutes for an employee to let us know that they were out of chicken for sandwiches. Why didn't they cancel our order or let us know before we drove all the way there? And why out of chicken sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon? Complete waste of our time!

My granddaughter loves their popcorn shrimp, fries and biscuit. The shrimp were not all that hot when served but the fries were great.
