The staff here have no personality. The staff was openly complaining about customers while we were getting our food made. My food wasn’t even hot. The dining area is always dirty, the drink station is always unstocked and messy. This place needs a lot of help, I seriously don’t understand why I come back here.

We visited tonight for 2 burrito bowls. The staff was very friendly and put together a nice portion size bowl - but the resturant and prep area were a bit messy.

This evening my family and I decided to go to our local Qdoba. We normally have a decent experience but will occasionally run into some minor issues with the night staff but this time was different. Tonight we went in to eat and the usual woman was working she did a great job with the long line as per usual but the guys were very rude and unpleasant. There was a short newer guy who was laying on his elbows on the bar looking like being at work was inconvenient then his phone rang and he removed himself from the bar to talk in the lobby with his gloves on. After his phone call a few minutes later he came back and failed to change his gloves and wash his hands. He then started to prepare food. After making a bowl to another ladies dissatisfaction he went to the back and grabbed a rag and spray and started spraying the rag and then wiping the bar. He had the same gloves on and moved to put the rag and cleaner down and jumped right back in to making food with the same unsanitary gloves. When it came time for him to prepare the rest of our food I asked him politely to change his gloves 4 times until he finally did. He gave me attitude for asking him to do so as if food safety was no such thing. The whole time he was preparing our three bowls he did so with an attitude and was just throwing things into the bowl to where things were even landing on the counter when he could do so the right way for everyone else but since I asked him to change his gloves I don't get the same courtesy. After he haphazardly threw our food into the bowls he sent us to the register to the next guy who had been giving me an angry look the entire time since speaking up. He asked me what I had and I told him and he repeated it back to me wrong so I told him again what I had and he got a stern attitude towards me insinuating I told him wrong twice. While finishing my order he kept cutting me off with the same attitude because he didn't remember what I had got or needed. After I was told my total I paid and  waited for my cups there and he said you need to grab your own cups since I have dirty money hands and don't want to touch your cups, even though you just scooped my chips and guacamole with those money hands. Not to mention every guy there was wearing their earbuds which could account for some of the issues with them not understanding what is being said/asked of them. After finally making our way to the table to sit and eat the short kid kept walking away from the bar to text on his phone, failing to wash his hands. I have worked/managed in food service for 14 years and this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had anywhere ever. The food safety is non-existent and complete disregard for the customers is astounding. I wasn't even offered a receipt to go and fill out a survey so I am writing it here.

Burrito sizes have gotten smaller, yet the prices haven't. The rice in both my burritos were uncooked! It was so hard/course I almost chipped a tooth. So disappointing.

Every visit to this Qdoba has always been a pleasant one. I’ve always been greeted with a hello and a smile. Leo and the staff working tonight were all amazing! Thank you for providing good customer service. You have a forever customer in me!!

I prefer coming here compared to any other Qdoba. I want my restaurant environments to feel natural, not forced. Everyone in there seem like genuine people and when they make my food it’s always good.
