Great Rally Burgers, w/ no cheese or sauces. The fries are the best seasoned fries at any fast-food chain. The drive-thru pavement needs repair and there are deep holes thar fill with water. But, the food is worth it. Employees are always friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Hold the sauce and cheese, and the Rally Burger is quite healthy.

An embarrassment to rally's everywhere. Arguing with customers, instead of being an adult and just canceling an order because you can't make it so they can try to obscure their metrics. Absolutely deplorable behavior.

Their ice cream machine has been busted for at least a week, and this isn't the first time. Something is always broken: Computer down, no staff - always something.

This meal was right on time! Asked for it to be fresh & it was! Customer service was excellent as well. I'm very pleased!
Vegetarian options: They have a great fulfilling appetizer selection for vegetarians.
Kid-friendliness: They have a great menu that kids would enjoy! From cheeseburgers to chicken tenders to popcorn chicken! & wouldn't want their fries??!!!

I got the briskinator and the six pc. Cheese sticks, and asked for a cup of water. The briskinator was cold, however tasted fine (it being cold kinda ruined it though). The six piece cheese stick were also fine. They only gave me three paper thin napkins for a sandwich that’s extremely dirty. They gave me a bottled water instead of a cup of water and charged me two extra dollars for it without telling me. My whole order cost 14.35, where I could have gotten more food at higher quality at chick-fil-A. The outside was pretty dirty, with a mysterious black goo on the wall near the trashcans that looked like scp-106 walked through them. Will very likely not be going back.
Parking: There is no parking. It’s for employees only and you order via drive through.

I'm not Big on fast food but if I have to choose a Rally's then, this is the ONLY one I will chose. Always nice, patient and professional workers there.
Rushing me to order then when I order have funky ass attitude then give me my food 20 min later I order hot wings hot sauce all over my new car!! Don’t go here go to the one on west main. Terribly bad service all the way around.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick my food up in drive thru he told me I had to go to the other side I told him my window is broken I can't he told me I had to walk up to the window. There was literally no one in drive thru. Why couldn't he give it to me in In the regular window. If I wanted to get out of my car I wouldn't have ordered from y'all in the first place. And the chicken wasnt even edible. Stupid
