I used to come here to get slam dunk wings and good and fast service. Tonight? No chicken of any kind, no brussel sprouts, and three more items are not available. As I pass the time waiting, I’m not offered water or anything to drink. The last straw, I asked the server what was the WiFi password. She said, “we don’t even know it.” So there’s no WiFi (as I’m looking at it visibly on my phone)? Her answer, “yeah, we don’t even know it” and walked away. Dirty paper menus given to customers. Sticky filthy slippery floor. Hey management, it’s time to circle up with your people.

Went in tonight and the waitress was horrible. She never checked in on our table. Then argued about it. They never brought any of the sushi ordered by us but everyone around us got theirs even people that came in after us. Then when we left the waitress told us never to come back. Worsed place and service I have ever had and I even work in the customer service industry. She needs to be let go and have to learn a lesson for her rude attitude towards customers.

I'm so sad to see that Seven closed. It's been a great addition to downtown Belleville for a long time. They made it through the pandemic, I was sure they could make it through anything. Hopefully something like it will take its place. Good luck

Enjoyed the food, waitress was good. Issue with the young lady that greeted us on 1/23/24 ~730PM - "You can seat yourself and let the hostess in the back know where you're seated" Wait, WHAT? Why are you asking the customers to walk to the back and tell someone where you're seated vice YOU (employee) telling the bartender/waitress that you have customers in the front dining area. The food was good, waitress was nice, issue was with the young lady doing the hosting/greeting, TOTALLY inappropriate!

We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner on a Monday night. Clearly, the management was trying to run the place on a skeletal crew. Service was bad, but it was because they were short handed. Some of our food was decent, but most was mediocre. Two hamburger meals had burnt meat with red on the inside. Some food was cold. We tried to make the best of it, and ended up paying too much for food that was not good. The poor staff tried to make it okay and did the best they could. The table behind us waited 35 minutes for an appetizer; they got up and left. The place was NOT busy. I blame poor management. The owners need to step up their game, as this restaurant used to be good. I am also thinking that they should just serve drinks and sushi, as I’ve never heard anything bad about that dish. Avoid this place if you are planning to enjoy the food.

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the delicious food and fabulous service. Tonight's experience was disappointing. We sat for over half an hour with no drink order or menu. Our sever was behind the bar chatting with another table and doing unknown tasks behind the bar. with no attention to us. The other server was busy serving the tables around us food and drinks. We ended up walking out without ever having our order taken. Hopefully management sees this and provides additional training for this individual.

Sushi is always great, however the service was awful! Arrived at 630 got greeted then ignored by our waitress for a whole hour. We ordered drinks and shots. She brings the shots first and one for herself. Still hasn't brought us our main drinks, but fulfills every other servers drinks first. At this point we waited for drinks for over an hour. After she delivers them she ignores us a bit more. Food was brought and it was halfway right. It was a nightmare, management attempted to make it better but at this point the night was just a bust. it'd make me feel better to say the restaurant was crazy busy, but they weren't.

My go-to restaurant in the area. Always a very solid choice. Very good food, great sushi options, wonderful atmosphere, and I've enjoyed all my interactions with the staff. My only complaint is that the non-sushi menu is somewhat small, but the items are good so it's not a big deal. I would definitely recommend their salads, I've really enjoyed everyone that I've had. The horseshoe is also nice.Kid-friendliness: While kids are welcome in the establishment, it is a rather close space and the kids won't have much room to play or run. If you bring kids, hopefully they are mild tempered or easily distracted by whatever you bring.

So apparently there are many entrances to the building.. I went to the side door where the stair case is.. a huge nightmare!!!food was ok but 45 min to wait for sodas and food was Luke warm . was open upstairs but they had so much leftover Christmas in toats on steps it was a hazard to go up or down. Then the service…. Subpar! Disappointed !

We ordered food for pick up this evening for my sons birthday and I was so upset when I left. Let me say that the food was great! Always is. We frequent this restaurant for many special occasions throughout the year but the service today was horrible. I went to go in the usual spot for pick up but the door was blocked because of a band (a good band!) I went to the sushi side out to the bar only to be greeted by rude looks and I was ignored. Not one of the waitresses asks me if I needed anything. After trying to get their attention they told me to go to the other side. I told them I couldn't get in and they said to go through the courtyard which was pitch black. I would have never known. I did that. Went to the bar and waited for the bartender. She waited on several other people before me. I had to go over to the kitchen to get her attention and when she handed me the tab she was so rude and there was nowhere for me sign it. It was a horrible experiment and for over $100 worth of food I would have expected more. I don't know that we'll be back.

While the service was good, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was very disappointing, I ordered the "Horseshoe Burger - $15" and all it was an opened faced burger with a raw piece of Texas Toast, underneath and topped with a huge pile of hot very salty fries and cheese that made it very odd and unique, and needless to say not worth $15... the fries reminded me more of steak n' shake. Secondly, my mom ordered the "Blackberry Balsamic Grilled Cheese Sandwich Dinner" but instead received the "Snoop Grilled Cheese". Needless to say with having a 4.3 rating this was a big let down for us visiting in the area, I suppose it could have been an off night, given the nearby Oktoberfest. The Long Island that I had was great, not overly powering on the sweet n' sour mix that a lot of people do.
