Purchase B.M.T. 15Jul25. Why is the meat so thin.? Must have meat slicer set at Less than one -sixteenth inch. I added bacon and it disappeared after sub was toasted. I had a foot long bread sandwich. And I paid $15. Real talk.1st visit here and never again.

I ordered online for the first time using the Subway app, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at 4:05 p.m., the staff informed me that they were out of the Italian herb and cheese bread. Instead, my sandwich was made with artisan bread. I specifically requested flatbread, but the explanation I received was unclear, making it difficult to understand his reasoning. It felt like he was hesitant to remake my sandwich with the flatbread once he had already started on a different type.
Ultimately, I accepted the sandwich, but I have to give this experience a rating of F. I will not be returning to that Subway location. The staff should not assume what type of bread a customer wants if their desired option is unavailable. The proper approach would have been to communicate this as soon as I arrived and allow me to choose a different bread.

Every time we go to this location we get old bread. I can understand if I were to come in right before closing and the bread was a little crusty. If I order at noon, I expect my bread will be fresh. Not dried out garbage. I order a cold sandwich, not toasted, I imagine you couldn't choke down the toasted bread here. Do better.

Don’t bother. They don’t even know how to put the meat on first on the bread. Sloppily made sandwiches, they don’t listen and no hair nets but stringy uncombed hair dangling over your food making your sandwich.
The next time I witness the threats and bullying from one of your employees to the other, I will call the police. This behavior has been witnessed many times and you still have this individual employed here. UnacceptableYou can expect a visit from the health department for your employee playing games on her phone, putting gloves on without washing her hands.Get your priorities together.

Staff needs a WWF referee and lessons in interpersonal conflict resolution! If you want a peaceful lunch you'd be better off in a jail cell than eating here. I don't know what I was thinking by paying $25 for food worth $10 and expecting a halfway pleasant experience, silly me!

Ordered sandwiches to eat lunch with my husband on a rare day we could eat lunch together. We had to exit the restaurant as the staff were fighting with each other. Yelling back and forth and making an unpleasant experience. Ate there 2/9/2024 at lunch. Will not be back.

It was the worst sandwich I have ever had! My husband stopped to get a Turkey Cali Club, a signature sandwich, because I was sick. The guy behind the counter had no idea how to make it and asked my hubby. What bread? Toasted? This is a Signature Sandwich!!! Read your menu!!!! Wrong bread, way too much mayo and not enough tomato or spinach. It was like eating slop. 16 bucks wasted. I will never go back to this location.
