Was ignored when I was picking up my order placed through the app, ordered a Dole bottled lemonade through the app, and did indeed pay the up charge. Employee argued saying I got a small fountain Tropicana. I'm skipping this subway next time, and just going to the one down the street.

I can generally get in, order food, and get back out really quickly. The workers are nice and were kind to my daughter who was ordering her own sandwich for the first time. I've always found the food to be fresh and my family and I have never had any complaints.

I went in with a subway coupon which was buy 1 footlocker for $14 and get one free she wouldn't give me the one I wanted and charged me $19 instead of what they coupon said and the sandwich wasn't good I promise you I want go back there.

Today I went into this Subway to buy a sub. The two people working in there were VERY professional. I am not going to go through the entire situation but there was a somewhat difficult customer in front of me due to communication issues she had. They handled it very well!

Don't ever go to the Carlyle Subway.
They refused to take any of the coupons from any of the customers and whe i asked for the Italian and cheese breads they said they were out.
I pointed out that they were in the other bin.
Lousy service and they tried to charge me 30 dollars for two footlongs that board clearly stated were 9.99 a piece.

My wife loves subway. The seafood delight was my sandwich. Then took it away. I have tried other items, nothing makes me come back. All locations don't carry breakfast. So if8nd something else to eat.

I just order 2 foot long ! One turkey and one steak buy one get one free! Well anyway they were veggie sandwich! The steak had small amount of steak and turkey did too! I’m pissed because I ordered online and I gave them a tip! Tried calling no answering ! I will not be back!I knew something was up because they made my sandwich too fast so I wouldn’t see them making it!

I ordered online . It said my order wouldnt be ready until 9am. I got there at 8:50am and my food was already sitting to the side while they were in the back. So it was cold, didn’t have extra toppings like I asked & it didnt feel like they really toasted it much .. I’d give them another try but I’d order inside next time to watch them make it ..

This Subway has seen a huge improvement in the last year. The folks working here are friendly and courteous to everyone. The previous group of people (perhaps another owner) were very unpleasant and not very sharp. They seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Now the display is clean, the food and vegetables are fresh and well stocked. The staff now smiles, they fulfill my request accurately without having to repeat myself. It's refreshing these days to go into a place where they treat the customers with respect. This is now the best Subway I've been into.
