My food was still cold and I took one bite and I ended up with food poising . There work station was nasty and the vegetables didn’t look great wich I passed on . The guy working didn’t know what he was doing then 10 minutes later came out from the back and helped . After thinking about it they reheated the girls sandwich behind me a few times . Not thinking the toaster was broken .

Every time I or my family has come here it has been one word: Disappointing. The customer service is usually pretty terrible or non-existent. Multiple visits have only one person behind the counter who is on their phone via Bluetooth, barely paying attention to me/us, and doing basically what they want. Orders are generally wrong too and the workers seem to either assume what you want or just guess instead of listening. This place needs an overhaul and oversight ASAP.

It's mostly fine. A little dirty, but it's just one guy having to do it all. BTW, Honey Oat is back, but not available, so that's cool.

My son loved the subway sandwich even though the oven was broken. He said he loves it when his sandwich is not crunchy.

Placed an online order, sandwiches were not made correctly, also ordered 2 sidekick items they were not in bag with order. Tried to call store to get refund, phone number listed on Corporate website for this location is disconnected. Turned in complaint to Corporate and hopefully will get refund.

Went up to the counter and no one was there then I noticed a girl cleaning and there was something in the oven cooking no biggie. The timer goes off and the girl takes a pizza out of the oven looks at me says nothing to me takes the pizza in the back and I stand there for 10 minutes to have to leave with no food or even a word spoken to me. I will never be back to that location.
Dressing on my sub was almost nonexistent. Placed order through app. They did not add any dressings as selected. A special note was also mentioned. Did not address that. Never do online orders here.Have been here in person and have a decent experience, only with specific employees here.
The morning girl that works there needs to be fired. Always with a bitter attitude and snaps at you.

Ordered sandwichs, one not toasted other no toppings, no apology no offer to fix it. Very disappointing in this location
Terrible customer service, the workers either argue with you about your orde or substitute whatever they want if they do not have the proper meat thawed out. They do not read the receipts for directions and add sauces that were not supposed to be on the sandwich. They never have mobile orders ready when you arrive and made me wait behind customers that walked in after I arrived and made their food before mine which made no sense to me since I had an order placed and physically was in the restaurant before the other walk ins. They do not change their gloves when they leave the prep area or to use the cash register. This store has been reported to corporate, something needs to be done with this location I have zero issues at any other subway and I regularly eat subway.

I’m only given 2 stars but the older guy was nice & friendly…. However the young brunette Not friendly at all, didn’t asked if I wanted to make it a meal, a drink, just has a resting B Face, & that little nuance I DECIDED NOT TO TIP. It’s the little things that can make a great or bad experience. I’ve been doing customer service over 26 year's. I treat every customer as I want to be treated!!
Only recommend whenever certain employees are working, but particular ones don’t seem to know what they’re doing exactly, or how to make a sandwich correctly. They will goof off most the time or occasionally will swear at you for even walking in. Not exactly the best place to get your food. Be better off going to an actual subway building.
