Witnessed something horrible today.Two subway employees, one cleaning the floors when I walked in. The other, standing behind the counter on her cellphone. The one cleaning the floor was bullied into taking orders when clearly she was busy.This store was out of spinach, black olives and large cups.Ahnya tried to give me a bottle of soda when clearly I paid for a large drink. She blamed it on Charlene for not looking to make sure they had large cups before ringing me up. Excuse me? Why does an employee need to look first to make sure you have things in stock? Second of all, there was a huge altercation with Ahnya and Charlene. I told Ahnya I did not like the way she was talking to Charlene in front of customers. Complete disrespect. That should not be tolerated. Shame on you if you allow your employees to be treated in that way by other staff.Charlene was sweet and kind. Nobody should ever take that type of disrespect.

Really friendly employees. I've experienced consistently good service and good food at this Subway so I figured it deserved a review. Inside was just remodeled. Also one of the few area locations that accepts most Subway coupons.

I hate that I have to leave a bad review for this place. The workers are great, and the food was solid. However I was informed that the tip I leave for the workers goes straight to the owner, the workers get 0 unless I gave them cash.That’s messed up and people should be aware of that before going to this place.

I went in to order two footlongs and use the bogo offer. The employee said the offer was online only so I placed the order online using my phone whole standing in the store. I told him the order was placed and he refused to fill it claiming he didn't receive it even though I had a confirmation email. I said we'll maybe there is a delay and asked if he could start making the food, because by the time he was done the order would probably transmit. He refused. I told him i paid already, and he told me to contact customer service for a refund. I left and as I was leaving the parking lot he had the nerve to knock on my window and say the order came thru. There was no way I was going to eat anything he prepared at this point after he called me a liar and refused to procide anywhere close to decent service! I need a refund since no food was prepared or provided. On top of the refund your company should provide a gift card for the time and energy i wasted with this restaurant

I love the subway because the people are always so friendly food is always ready and hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience at the Subway and they take coupons. I’d like to Subway in Milstadt who doesn’t accept subway coupons.The subway is awesome !!!

This subway is very good now. Friendly people and my sandwiches are always made properly and tasty. I had not been to this location for a long time but I'm glad I gave it another chance and found (I assume) new owners there.
