My food was cold, soggy, and smashed. No sauces that I asked for, missing ingredients in 3 items out of 5. The birthday churros were ROCK HARD. Hard enough to chip somebody's tooth. They seemed to have been made hours prior, then refried when I ordered them. Disgusting lack of quality control, this food can make people sick!!! I did not eat and was told I'm not eligible for a refund. Awesome!

Bunch of lazy teenage kids that don’t want to work, placed a order online fifteen minutes prior to arriving and upon arrival was told at the box that they were “out of food” and weren’t taking any orders. The kid on the intercom got an attitude with me when I time him I placed an order via the app and told me I needed to cancel my order then. These kids they have working here are absolutely pathetic and down right lazy and lack any sort of customer service, there has been multiple times I’ve been here and they kids will open the window and hand you your order without even say a word to you.

Food looked old, and disheveled, quesadilla was dry and put in package without care. Cinnabon bites were missing. Soda was extremely wet on outside of cup. No receipt given and service was horrendous. Was greeted at the speaker box with "gohead" and no words at the windows just a hand out requesting payment. I don't know how they are still open honestly. Won't get another dollar from me

They are very rude.. I went through the drive thru an the guy was so unbelievably rude he was just mumbling the entire time I was ordering then i ordered 3 quesadillas an he was like “oh wow” like if u don’t like your job get a different one. Please

Staff were rude, unable to take an order properly without asking me to repeat myself multiple times (the same thing), asking me to wait multiples times, etc... I get to the window get my food, realize they gave me the wrong items and went back, the staff were rude and didn't seem to care. They put the wrong thing on the receipt same price as what I wanted I asked them to exchange it politely, they said no and told me I had to pay, I did whatever. I get home and they forgot all the sauces/sauce cups and also messed up the others tacos. Shitty taco bell tbh

How this location is still open honestly surprises me, going in person or ordering online is no difference, I just waited over an hour for them to give my food to the delivery driver. I mea. Look at all the other reviews. And a few times, the bags of food have reeked of weed.
took my order on kiosk, then they took their sweet time making everyone else’s food, had to wait for mine, sat there for about 30 minutes, this is the worst taco bell ever, don’t go here unless you want your time wasted.

Employees are often rude and always inattentive. I would highly recommend the drive thru since wait times can be extremely high inside. It’s almost worth the bad environment to go in to try the Baja Blast or Brisk Sparkling Tea- Dragon Paradise. Try them mixed! It’s very yummy. As far as food goes, I recommend the Luxe Cravings box or Cravings Box for their value. Cheesy Gordita Crunch (especially made with Doritos Locos Tacos) are very good. There is also a ~TikTok hack~ to get a chicken quesadilla (uncut) and put 2 Doritos Locos tacos inside after gently peeling the quesadilla open. Enjoy!

The young man who took my order was very nice. It was until the lady from the back with the gold long braids came to the window all mad huffing and puffing because we had a 60.00 order. We ordered 25 items and which ALL ITEMS was placed into ONE bag, causing all the hard shell tacos to break and the little toppings off the Mexican pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Horrible experience. I worked for Taco Bell and I already know it’s not that hard. $7.00 boxes go in they own box which mine didn’t even though I ordered 2 of them. Nothing was labeled, so we had to open each item and guess what it was. The area coaches needs to step back in and get these store and they employees back up to par. Stop letting them work with bad customer service because it will drive the customers away. I know I won’t be back to the Carlyle Ave location in Belleville across from Belleville East until some better customer service is there. Oh and by the way the employees was mad because they was all sitting down and we made them get up and do some work!

we ordered delivery, and our order was missing half of its items. nuggets and all of our sauces were nowhere in sight, my drink was two sizes too small, we were missing the SUBSTITUTIONS for the nacho fries we ordered, and the grilled cheese burritos were missing the chips. absolutely horrendous. i’ve never had a fast food place mess up this insanely on a relatively small order. probably never ordering from here again.
