I went to this Taco Bell a few nights ago and my experience was horrible. I waited at this speaker at least one minute before anyone took my order. It was 1 o’clock in the morning and they said they was in the middle of a shift change, which is awkward and I had to hold for another two minutes. When I got to the window, the guy and a girl were joking around and horse plan. I seen the child running around inside. My order was incorrect at all. I spent $35. I really could’ve went elsewhere. I’m never going back to this Taco Bell again. They need to shut it down.

I went to this location Thursday night after picking my wife up from work. I had to repeat my order 3 times before I was told they had it. I spent $40 and got home and none of my food was right. I went back to try to have the order corrected and was told they're only doing door dash and app orders. I've been calling the store since Friday morning and have been met with nothing but attitude. The staff Thursday night was unprofessional and had attitudes and so does the rest of the staff. I haven't been able to get in touch with an manager at all. Apparently managers never work. I want a full refund of my money or I'm reporting this place to the BBB.

I ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt. There was almost nothing on it. Not only that, but I greeted the worker and they said not a word to me. I said thank you, have a nice night, and my card was handed back to me and the window was slammed shut. They were incredibly rude and gave me the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. I don’t expect 5 star service at Taco Bell, but I do expect there to be more than half a teaspoon of filling in my food. I also wasn’t expecting lettuce on my flatbread melt, but that’s cool I guess.

The girl at the drive thru window had Nasty attitude and wasn’t accommodating. There appears to be something wrong with the intercom because she didn’t hear my whole order and didn’t allow me to add the missing food at the window. My Chicken Cantina burrito was hard on one side and my Nacho fries were soft, it was like they were barely cooked or heated up in microwave. So sick of the bad service at this place, will not be going back!!!!!

We had to do our order by kiosk nobody would take our order and also the last several times we went there two times they were out of chicken 2 days in a row and then they were out of hamburger several times. Apparently there's a management issue on the ordering and nobody wanted to take our order they told us we had to order by kiosk I just think that's bad customer service if you ask me.

Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes and a crunchwrap supreme on my way to work, opened up the tacos and there was hardly any meat whatsoever, barely anything else, and no sour cream at all. opened up the crunchwrap and somehow it was even worse than the tacos. one star is too high of a rating, will not return to this location

Restaurant was filthy, and I walked and waited 5 minutes while the person taking orders talked on the phone about how she was going to kill this person if they messed with her family again. Once is enough...no thanks.

Went to Taco Bell on my lunch hour and got a number 8(Doritos tacos supreme)and two soft tacos. All of the tacos were regular and they barely had anything on them to the point the tacos were flat. They gave me a refund and threw the food away but they did not try to accommodate me. Also I was late to work because I had to go back to Taco Bell. I couldn't just call because the cashier didn't give me a receipt. I’m upset that I didn’t get to eat anything because I had to go back to work. This location has been terrible for a while now and I never complained but I'm disappointed that everytime I go to this location the service is awful.
