I ordered the chicken nugget meal and when I received it there was maybe 6 nacho fries in it with no nuggets and the incorrrect drink. I ordered again 20-30 minutes later to get my nuggets, so I order the meal again and I only got the nuggets with no fries or the sauce I had asked for.

WORST TACO BELL LOCATION, WORST MANAGEMENT/OWNER, PERIOD.
This location has been going downhill for a while, but today was the last straw.
I mistakenly placed my order here while sitting in the parking lot of another location (the only part that's not their fault!), but it's finalized and charged, so I just drive the 10 minutes to this location. Upon arriving, I discover NOBODY is working. NOT. ONE. EMPLOYEE. No sign on the door or the drive thru. I waited. Other people waited. All of us wasting our time.
This is probably the third or fourth time this location screwed me in the last year and I'm done.
This franchise owner should not be in business. Corporate should immediately revoke this franchise agreement or also be held accountable.

I just want to say as a DoorDash driver this location makes sure everything is together. I don’t eat Taco Bell so can’t speak on the food but the customer service is on point

Ordered on the app about 20 minutes before my lunch break and went, being notified it was ready, waited on the drive through a little over 25 minutes to be told it wasn't ready yet. Poor customer service and no offer of any sort of resolution was made other than to cancel the order in the app.

Waited an hour for four tacos. Tacos still wasn’t done after an hour passed Manager on duty refused to give me a refund! Will never in life eat at this location again

Ordered 4 soft tacos supreme got 4 regular soft tacos. All the rest of the order was correct getting the wrong tacos was quite disappointing. Plus I paid for supreme not regulay

Stopped in for a snack while out. Tried new luxe menu items. Had the stacker with chicken, cheese, tomatoes and avocados also the bell grande dip with chips both were excellent!! Hopefully keep these on the menu be great!! Plus got free mountain dew baja blast freeze it was good!

I ordered a supreme luxe box. Service was slow so I thought food would be fresh, the chicken chalupa was cold, and the cinnamon twists were missing. Very disappointed

The manager in this place is horrible the food is trash and the have mice running around the place went to get food on my break to only find rat poop in the Conner of the wrapping went to get my money back and they treated me like I was the reason they had mice i spoke to the girl that was at the window and she was acting like she didn’t want to help me so she goes get the GM and tells me that I have to come on the inside and I asked her. Why did I have to come on the inside? she said because I was running up their drive-through timer so I came on inside of the store and there was another customer in there, complaining about the same thing and said that they’re not gonna do anything about it because they all work together. That’s the mother the daughter and the girlfriend. This is so sad that people go and spend their whole own money and get treated the way they do. especially at this location is always something here. They need to shut that place down. Call the health department because it doesn’t make any sense that y’all allow this to happen.
