Regularly gets orders wrong, extremely disorganized, and have little to no quality control on their order preparation. I ordered 3 soft tacos and a gortida, and got 3 hard shell only the first time, potatoes the second. Staff desperately needs retraining and organization in their processes.

The line has been sitting still for over 15 minutes. I already ordered and paid fir food online so I can't leave. I'm assuming my food will also be very cold. Update, I have now been sitting here for close to 30 minutes. I think the truck in the front of the line just left. I'm not even sure they got their food.

Waited about 30 minutes for food and another 15 for a drink they forgot. Had interviews and took them 15-30 minutes just to give us the paper to fill out, and we saw a worker bring weed into the back. Place sucks. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Love taco bell, really do. But isn't someone suppose to say something at the outside menu if its going to be a minute? I sat at this taco bell for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to even be able to take my order. The poor woman in front of me waited almost 30 minutes after being able to order and pay to get her food. I'm typing this not even sure if I'll get my food before it closes in 45 minutes and there are cars behind me.
The drive-through wasn’t working so I had to go inside With my two kids. I waited 20 minutes To get 10 Doritos Locos tacos. As soon as I got them, I went home To eat them but they were so soggy I wasn’t even able to take a bite without it falling apart. I’m so sick of this. $40 down the toilet.

I have officially washed my hands with this place I only go and get a chicken quesadilla And the fact I have to tell him to grill it twice because the cheese is never melted in the middle is crazy. and I'm so sick and tired of their kitchen staff not knowing the difference between their sauces every time I get one it always has their chipotle sauce and not the creamy jalapeno . There is a huge difference in taste and i dont like it. and if you even call and complain they don't even care. the quality of the food is absolutely trash and your staff is absolutely ghetto and unprofessional. if this was the last Taco Bell on Earth I would never return. I would highly recommend a new turn over in management and staff. Yall have got to do better!!!!!
My wife and I have given this location a dozen chances and 8/12 times they are missing items in our order.
