Cashier needs to learn manners. She took my husband’s order, stopped me from telling her mine and got his coffee, came back to take my order. He thought that was very rude. We love their food and atmosphere, it is consistently nice. The service has gone down in the couple of years we’ve been going there. At their price point, spending $42 on two of us plus a small tip (she didn’t earn it), she needs to learn manners to retain our patronage.

Super charming cafe in Belleville. Has a large menu as well for breakfast and lunch, and a bar. Good place to meet someone or go to read or work. There's a small stage so I imagine they do events. There's also a small conference room you can reserve for 10-15 people. It's free as long as you order food or drinks.
So far so good. The basic white chocolate mocha is not too sweet and priced about right. Regular drip coffee is a smooth medium roast. It was nice that they will take your own cup and fill it for you. The sugar packets they use are sugar in the raw. Have not tried the food but will soon. The drive thru was fast and the customer service was on point.

Food is decent. Nice place to chill alone or with your spouse when you want quiet time but don't expect a slight smile or a nod from anyone in there. It goes without saying this is NOT the most friendly place I visited but still pretty good.
