what a wonderful experience. The staff and Management was were amazing. constantly checking on us. making us feel at home. Clean restrooms. Food was hot wonderful and up to my expectations.

Denny's in Belleville, Illinois. They don't have the items on the Melt menu, when the man named Diego wanted to know all my personal info for an order I would be picking up anyway and I politely said it wasn't necessary, he then hung up on me. I called back and the woman who answered spoke even worse English than the guy did. I will not ever be going in to this Denny's ever again. How do businesses treat customers this way and still stay in business?
