Never got waited on, we sat there for 10 minutes, only 2 other tables in the whole place, the server finally said she would be with us, then proceeded to take 2 dirty glasses off a table and went to the bathroom. Never saw her again.

Tom & Joe's has the best food!! We love to go to Tim & Joe's Wednesday for Chicken it is the Best Tim & Joe's has the Best Fish on Fridays. The waitress work hard to take orders, fill drinks and get anything anyone needs!!!! The beer is cool and drinks are so good. We Love Tim & Joe's and will keep going back for great food, waitress that care that everyone has what they need.

Three of us went for lunch on a Wednesday. The special of the day was fried chicken with 2 sides for $10.99. There was a lively lunch crowd with patrons any where from professionals to senior citizens. We all ordered the special. The chicken was fantastic. The coating was crunchy and flavorful. The chicken was juicy and perfectly done. We deemed Tim & Joe's chicken as better than Hodak's. The server, who I have forgotten her name unfortunately, was a treasure. She was constantly on the run but maintained a happy, outgoing personality. We will return again now that we know about their specials.

This was my first time at Tim and Joe's, it was highly recommended.. I was welcomed with open arms by everyone. The food, drinks, and atmosphere was really good. The bartender Jessica was very pleasant and has the best customer service. I definitely will be back soon,

A down-to-earth bar with excellent pub, grub. And excellent servers.
Our visit to Tim and Joe's was disheartening due to bartender Stephanie Keuhn. She assumed we wouldn't order drinks with wings, kicking us out prematurely. Unfair treatment and unwelcoming atmosphere. Also, she threatened to expel an elderly couple who agreed she was rude to us and to them as well last week. Seeking an apology and thorough investigation...My parents bring us here every Thursday and Jordan is our server and we never have felt unwelcome or treated with such rude behavior ?.. She is not a reflection of who your company is/was..And her employment there should be reevaluated based off your reviews..These past 3 months she has brought your company customer service down..And how she yelled and cursed at your nice and professional black female cook was beyond disgusting. For you all to continue to allow this would be disheartening.. Ms.Keuhn has zero customer service and is a rude lady

Unpleasant Experience at Tim & Joe'sDear Owner,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to Tim and Joe's. Unfortunately, my family and I had an unpleasant encounter with one of your bartenders, Stephanie Keuhn.Upon entering the establishment, we were abruptly approached by Ms. Keuhn, who assumed we weren't planning to order drinks with our wings. Regrettably, she did not allow us the opportunity to be served by our designated waitress, Jordan ( who is amazing) and immediately demanded a drink order without confirming our intent to even order wings... We patronize there various days throughout the week so we know all your expectations and abide by them. Her disrespectful assumption was out of line..This situation was not only unwelcoming but also escalated unnecessarily. Ms. Keuhn's actions resulted in the unjust expulsion of my family from your establishment. Furthermore, we are concerned about her interaction with your cook, where she allegedly used inappropriate language.We believe such behavior is not reflective of the service standards expected at Tim& Joe's. We request a thorough investigation into this incident and a sincere apology from Ms. Keuhn to both your cook and our family for the unjust treatment we received.We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.
