Waited in front lobby for 10 minutes. Staff member came up front to tell me someone will be there soon. Waited 7 minutes. Different staff member who was working drive thru told us lobby was closed. Short staffed. It was 7:30 p.m.

We came through the drive thru tonight to be greeted with a terrible attitude and very bad customer service. Wrong food in the order, only 2 meals requested.
The woman at the door was very unprofessional, as well as unaware of mistaking the meal for something that was not ordered. Terrible service for an otherwise great place to eat.

when me and my girlfriend got handed the food we checked our food and her fries was basically thrown into the bag there wasn’t a container for the fries or anything and when I proceed to get the drive through worker attention to tell her that the fries didn’t have a container she took the bag back and took out the fries with her bare hands and put new fries into the bag which is totally unacceptable.

Went in for dinner last night and it was horrible. I changed my previous 5 star to a 1. She kept having to ask us to wait so she could get the order entered in. Then saying is that all, Like we were taking to long to order. Mind you it was 3 meals, not a large order. The order wasn't correct, the girl who I told was going to have it made wrong again. This was after 2 minutes explaining the cheeseburger I brought back was supposed to be a hamburger only ketchup. I had to get the grill workers attention to have it made right. 10 minutes later, I had the correct burger. Mind you they had maybe 2 cars in drive thru, so no reason for 10 minute wait. All while the manager just stared at the whole interaction. She added extra food we didn't order and we were shorted nuggets. After the burger being so difficult, I didn't bring up the rest. The trash was all stuffed full, barely and soda choices in the machine.

First I sit and wait for someone to acknowledge me at the drive thru. Mind you, the yound lady was speaking very low, unclear and not welcoming. Not to mention, all of the menus lights were off and you can't see the menu clearly.
Only for me to start ordering, then she cuts me off abruptly and disrespectfully tells me she can't hear me. I had to pull off. This place used to be great. Now It's gone down the drain.
