Oder #3323 host nameMiaNo greeting when I pulled up to the speaker all I got was give me a minute after about a 5 min wait the lady said “what’s your order” very dry and kept cutting me off while I was ordering. Then when I was finished ordering I wasn’t given a total just told “you can pull forward”. When I got to the window I was given my total and told my straws would be in the bag she took the payment handed it back no thank you no nothing just closed the window. She came handed me my food said have a good night closed the window the best thing was my food was at least hot otherwise this would have been an even worst experience!

As of March 2023, this location is open for "dining in" less often than competing fast-food restaurants. Downloaded the Wendy's "app" early Feb 2024. It had a Tuesday offer of a $1 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger w purchase. Approached the counter. Clerk at the counter activated the offer and then said that she could not process it at the counter - that I would need to go through the drive-thru. Meanwhile, the spouse was waiting at a table. I drove the drive-thru which had multiple cars. Drive-thru clerk said that the "app" code did not work after she scanned it TWICE - duh! Finally, got my food at FULL PRICE. Re-parked the ? to join the spouse inside. The doors were locked. Why can't we give 0 stars? ?

Terrible service. The girls working the drive through the evening of dec 18th were rude and unprofessional. Didn't give us the right drink order and then had an attitude when I asked them to correct it. No thank you or have a good night when we received our order. Will not support this establishment with employees like that.

Horrible..unprofessional.....they close at 12 but all their outside lights are off every night at 10.ot soon it gets dark..got home my entire order was wrong...went on Dec 1 at 11pm...had fresh fries mixed with at least 10 brickyard fries u cn tell had been sitting n grease for at least 2 hrs ....keep driving if u ordering
They ignored me and my wife at the counter. The food order was wrong. I went to get a refill on my tea. I waited for 3 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then I had to wait to get my refill. My wife stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. She had to wait for several more minutes to be served. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Also, another customer waited several minutes to be served.

Poorly run even for a fast food joint. They rarely open on time and their lobby is always locked despite it being newly renovated. The drive thru line can take up to 30 minutes or more depending. Avoid this location.

I have never had cold food served to me until today 10/21/2023. Everything was cold and the strawberry lemonade looked like a dark red soda. If you are thinking of eating there , you really should pass it
