We placed a mobile order to go. After multiple attempts of notifying corporate we still have not gotten a response from the local store.
When we got home were missing half of our order and the parts we did receive were not correct. The staff at the time was friendly but could tell they were rushing. They were bothered by the fact I asked for a cup for water.
Very disappointing to not only not receive the food, still be charged, have 2 of the 5 people not get their meal and be forced to try and split what was left. But to also be ignored when giving the restaurant a chance to make it right.

Placed a mobile order for lobby pickup employeetold me their lobby is closed and to use the drive through. Went through the drive through and was told they do not have a mobile order. Back and forth with store, cannot refund as they don't have a mobile order. Called customer service, they confirmed the store had my order, and had to request a refund through them. 1 hour and 45 freaking minutes later, no food, frustrated, and I now have to wait 7-14 buisness days for my refund.

This location is the worse. The drive through workers stole from me at night because I ordered nuggets and wanted a refund because the food was cold and old. Gave food back and requested refund. Next day found out he charged my card again twice. Called manager she did nothing. They need to shut this location down. Just disgusting how they treat people.
everything is great except for the fact that yall don’t listen!!! i came back twice then whoever it was in the back yelling and rushing people. im thirsty and i didn’t get my drink but i didn’t pay for it because the man said it was on him and im glad i didn’t pay because i would’ve been pissed and came in there and y’all wouldn’t wanted to quit. follow these people directions because they paying yall.

Went through drive through. Friendly service, but can’t follow directions. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise. Instead, I received a plain chicken sandwich. And the fries had to of been sitting for well over 45 minutes. Had to put fries in air fryer at home to make them edible. I do not recommend this location.

We came in excited for the Krabby patty meal. We ordered 5 meals and they were good. Only complain is the top bun was cold. The workers were grumpy and kept mocking the customers saying krabby patty. That they were tired of it. Which I can understand. But that's literally what the meal is called. If your going to have a special release at least have better staff. Seems they have all kids working with no customer service experience.

Came in the store for lunch and the only guy I saw was playing on his phone asked if anyone was taking orders for food. He hollered and a girl came to take my order. While I was eating three of them went outside and 1 of them came back in talking on the headset taking a order in the drive thru. Went in to the bathroom when I arrived and someone had been smoking ? in there. Was a bad experience for me and I probably won't go back again
