Cold uncooked sandwich. Go to window and he asks what do I want. Just stared at me. Rude non existent professionalism. He didn’t ring it up but that’s how people are asked. Crap place.

We ordered and it took 20 minutes, with no one there, half the orders were wrong and cold. It took someone 10 minutes to even walk up and serve us at the counter inside. When we left one of the employees was smoking pot. Whoever worked at 7pm on 11-12-25 needs to be fired.

My burger was so dry I could hardly chew it. Didn't even want to feed it to my dogs. Fries were cold. And this was after waiting for 15 minutes to get our food. Haven't tried the chili yet, thought I could take it for lunch. Not even gonna chance it since I already feel like I need a toilet close by after 1 bite of the burger. That was $35 wasted I'll never be back to this location.

They need to close this restaurant down or hire a new staff. I asked for all fresh food. They mixed old food with some warmed up food. The burgers was trash, the fries was recooked and it was not good. As per what someone else said and I agree!! No one was in the drive thru and they rushed to give me old food like it was a marathon! The food was thrown in the bag and I was still missing food! The manager there during the evening was nonchalant like she didn’t care she was giving out old food!! They pissed me off so bad I asked for a corporate number and of course no one knows anything besides them directing me to speak to another manager in the am! Like that was gone help!

The employee working the register was holding his cell phone to his ear while taking my order. I ordered a grand total of 3 items. He rang up one of them incorrectly, and the employee working in the back sent out another incorrect item. 1/3 correct. Price of a medium meal with no substitutions: $15. Don’t think I’ll be back and certainly don’t recommend.

I went to this location on Friday evening for 2 Feugo Meals. We was in line for about 20 mins and 7 cars had already passed when they brought the food out it was cold!!! It wasn’t warm at all! I called to speak with a manager and told them what happened and they hung up on me! So unprofessional! My rating would be a 0 if I could give it!

Took my son and nephews to this Wendy’s for a quick bite. I’m usually pretty understanding, but this visit was rough from the start. We walked in ready to order, and the guy at the counter didn’t greet us, make eye contact, or even acknowledge we were there. I had to ask, “Are you ready?” and he quietly said “yes” in a tone so low I could barely hear him.

Throughout the order, I had to keep leaning over the counter just to understand what he was saying. Again, not a huge deal—but it just felt like nobody wanted to be there. We didn’t get all our cups, even though we were dining in. We didn’t get all our food. We didn’t get the sauces we asked for. And still, not once did he show any kind of engagement or urgency. No expression. No energy. Just blank stares. His coworkers seemed the exact same way—no life in their faces at all.

What really stood out was when another customer, a gentleman in uniform, was waiting nearby. His food was ready, and the guy at the counter called for him three times in that same quiet, monotone voice. The man didn’t hear him. I finally just raised my voice a bit and told him his food was ready. He thanked me, grabbed his order, and left. That says a lot.

The kids were excited to be out and didn’t really notice any of this, so we stayed. But I noticed. And honestly, this was my first time at this location and it’ll probably be my last. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but I do expect to be acknowledged and served with basic attentiveness. Maybe they were having a hard day or maybe the heat was getting to them—but the lack of effort and care was too consistent across the board to ignore.

Hopefully this was just an off day.

The worse thing though…the kids through those Taki meals in the trash!!!! My money was wasted!!!
