Where's my damn food? I have screenshots and receipts. Charged for the same email twice, $24 for pickup $42 for delivery. Got neither. Can't get the store on the phone!!!! So $66 outta my pocket I got no food and doordash telling me they can't do nothing. Ima call the store one more time to see if I can have someone pick up my order. If I don't get my money back or my food, I'm bringing the store.

We stopped here yesterday on the way home to southern Illinois from a children's hospital trip. when we arrived we tried to enter through the lobby which was locked so we loaded back in the truck and went through the drive thru after finally reaching the speaker to order we let them know we have two orders the lady asked us to hold on, she then comes back on the speaker and tells us we can not place two orders through the drive thru so I then asked if the lobby was open she told me no we are short staffed. So we couldn't go in to order we couldn't order through the drive thru unless we ordered one order then went back around got in line again to place a second order. I found this to be completely ridiculous!!!! And at that point we decided to leave. Never in my life have I heard this before.

It won’t make a difference what I have to say reading all the other comments but it is so gross ordered onion rings got FF sliders cold ordered coke I didn’t even get my drink my fault I should have realize it before I drove off guy taking order was rude an at the window the same I said may I have mustard when I got home ketchup in the bag he acted like it was a chore to do that didn’t tell me what I owed just grabbed my card the whole time just plain rude get some one who really wants to work I will never go back there

Classic White Castles but onion rings were over cooked and the drive-up service was really slow.

Went through the drive threw just to be met by attitude then when pulling up to the window had to re do my entire order what was the point of ordering at the speaker you need to get staff who know what they are doing and not just standing around giggling

All the employees have terrible attitudes I asked to speak to a manager because my order was wrong. Manager also had an attitude. One of the fry cooks pants was sagging so low that can’t be hygienic. Some one needs to call the health department it’s filthy in there as well . Will not be spending my money here again.

Never had the food before. The chicken sandwich was great. The fries are pretty good. The place was dirty and we were there late. The staff was in no hurry to help us but they were nice.

If your planning on using the drive thru, have a full tank of gas because you're going to have a long wait.

They take 30+ minutes to get your order even when they're not busy, don't go here
