Allow me to say this, After coming out of Covid and seeing our Favorite (Eats) handle the Change without Closing, I Am Impressed. White Castle, Thank You for having that Number1, Shake that has remain the Same. No Whip Creme on top of Mine, only a Shake for Me. I truly Appreciate that! Had a taste for a Chocolate Shake from White Castle, Mmmmm, Good, Grade, A

Food tasted ok but order was completely wrong.
Stopped inside for a later dinner and it was excellent on everything!! Would definitely recommend this hot spot there in belleville!!

If I could give this location a zero I would. ALWAYS slow. I ordered a door dash and half of it wasn’t in the bag when it was delivered so I proceeded to go get what I was missing and the staff was very rude and said “it was in the bag” when I told them it wasn’t unless the Uber driver got into the bag and ate them which they didn’t, the guy was rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it. He acted like he was paying for 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwhiches from his own pocket. All I’m saying is if it’s not right for the customer, just fix it . I work in fast food as well and this is not the way to run a business. I am still sitting in line for those 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwhiches 30 minuses later.

Walking in the door, the floor is absolutely filthy. Up at the counter there is food all round the register.
The staff just stand there looking at nothing. Look like they could careless about their jobs. Unfriendly and unwelcoming.
The soda machine area was filthy, tried multiple drinks that came out as water.
The burgers were basically served on booger buns...aka they were sopping wet and just a big blob of a bun.
Overall I'd give them a ZERO. Get new staff, teach them customer service so they can enjoy their work, clean the place up.

This is the worse White Castle burgers always soggy no matter when you go i mean water down soggy like a sponge chance after chance keep getting soggy burgers
