Food was quick , service was mediocre. If I was the owner I would make sure that the first day of training the employees practiced saying " hello can I please take your order" and " thankyou come again". My order taker sounded like she just rolled out of bed and was bothered by taking my order. The words coming out of her mouth weren't barely English . More like a mumbled version of it . Why can't the employees at least be polite ?

The Valentine experience at White Castle was unique and fun. Tablecloths, menus, and orders taken at our table. Our "waitresses" were all cheerful and welcoming. And the decor - lights down low, twinkling rose lights, flowers on the table, and a special area for having your picture taken to remember the special day. It was FUN!

This was our second year to enjoy White Castle on Valentine's Day. The experience was awesome. When we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by a hostess and seated. Our drinks were brought to our table. Our orders were taken from a menu. The restaurant was decorated with balloons and festive decor. There were even two photo backdrops. Everyone in the restaurant was cheerful. The food was tasty. I plan to do this again next year. Had a great time!

CAR OLD

They're not open 24 hours a day. At 8:00 p.m. they had the doors locked and a young lady was playing on the phone. Did not even acknowledge me. Of course all I do is turn around and walk away when it found it was locked. Why go there if they're not going to be open when they should be. It says 24 hours a day. No sign to why it was closed. It look dirty from the outside

The food is as good as it has been.....The real issue is the prices, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looked like a wet rag is really hard to come by at this location. The soda machine was out of almost everything, had to wait at the counter and deal with being ignored for a few minutes to get a refill. Raising prices to make up for lost revenue isn't the answer if the experience is horrible. How about just trying harder to make your customers happy so you might attract more? That would increase revenue, maybe allow you to do something unheard of, lower a price for once so it doesn't cost me $14 for a handful of sliders, an order of subpar fries that Never taste fresh, and a soda I have to almost be rude to get a refill. Used to love my Castles, now I pick up a box in the grocery store and heat up myself. Without a doubt much better than eating in the restaurant anymore.

Kid-friendliness: Don't bring in 1 that might possibly crawl on the floor.

Been eating here for years , never had a bad experience with staff or food! Sometimes it is a bit of a wait , but that’s because everything is cooked fresh! I can say out of 8 years , no matter what time I’ve went I have never had cold food or missing items from my order! The staff is friendly and clean!

Food is always decent here. Customer service is typical young people attitudes. Seems like most fast food places higher people under 21 these days. Not sure that's a good thing.
