I gave this Burger King to Chances since having a bad experience with it when it opened. The first - second chance it went pretty well it was their new chicken sandwich and sandwich was good service was good. Today I ordered a Whopper with cheese and service was decent but when I bit into the burger the cheese was just sort of thrown onto it cold not cooked on to it or put on top of the Patty where it would you know melt which is what 100% of cheeseburgers are.

very slow and food was still cold
went through drive thru.... had to park and go in because they forgot my fries.. got back in car...realized there was no sauce for chicken strips . got down the street...realized I had no straw for my shake
The first time I came in for The fries they were nice.. confirmed my fries were not given to me and gave me a medium fry instead of the small I ordered. the 2nd time when I went in for the dipping sauce seemed like the one guy was a little bothered
